    Ordered in August 2024. Have not received my order. Sent two emails with no response. Called the number on the invoice, disconnected. A scam. Out of pocket now over $100. Company needs to be held accountable.

    Ordered last year and was told would ship in August....I've sent several emails with no response. Ive been asking for either an update of the item or a refund with no response.

    Scam site. They don't ever reply to emails etc. Been over a month and 3 emails. No answer to any. Asked for a refund. But we'll they don't answer emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

    I ordered at the end of February to have their product for my current deployment in the ***********. They charged my credit card and have been silent ever since. I've sent multiple emails, called multiple times, and left comments on their social media but all I've gotten back is cricket sounds.

    Horrible business practice. Ordered 16 APR 2024 Still have yet to receive my item after multiple attempts to email and call with no response. At this point would just like a refund. Do not recommend doing business with this company.

    I ordered on Feb 24, 2024, I was told on March 17th it was being cut and sewn and I would get updates weekly on my order it is now June and I haven't heard anything. I have sent multiple emails, and they just seem to ignore them. My card was charged 4 months ago and then I was lied to about the status. Now no one will even reply to my e-mail about the status of my order, I have requested to just cancel the order but still nothing. I thought I would support fellow veterans but apparently, they are just a made-up company that steals money through fake orders.- ****

    I initially got on the waitlist. Got an email on 3/15 the hoodie I wanted was available. Ordered on 3/20. Got an email from them saying the product was coming from factory on the 26th. I have been billed the full amount. Not a peep from **** or ******* since. Not a peep!!! Ghosted.? On ****** earth the place looks deserted so Im thinking two SF compatriots have gone to the dark side with my coins. So sad, and it is still cold here and I needed the jacket. Dang dawg!!!

    Placed an order with company on March 17. Credit card charged on March 18. Called and emailed many times without a response as to when my item would ship. They love to promote on Instagram and ********* They cannot even take care of their current customers.

    I ordered a Derset Night camo and a woodland camo woobie hoody from this company. I received the *** woobie but was informed the woodland woobie was out of stock and was offered two solutions. 1. Was a refund or 2. Wait for the woodland woobie to be restocked and it would be sent. I had correspondence with an employee from this company and was informed the date of the woodland restock was unknown and I informed I would patiently wait. Its now been over a year since Ive placed the initial purchase and have emailed a few times and have not received a reply from anyone regarding this issue.
