      We were told by the saleman/ inspector we needed a lot of work in our home to create a barrier to not allow animals from outside in our home. Before any contractor came, we were quoted ******** for services needed in 2 attics and our crawlspace for a ***** square foot ranch. When the work began they literally worked on our home in total for an hour and the contractor advised the work suggested did not need to be completed. The contractor took our gutter protectors and told us we had over 20 feet missing. The gutters fell down from the side of our home after they sealed and reinstalled the gutters. That day, we found the gutter protectors hidden behind our trash cans and some chairs. We had our gutters cleaned in the Spring so we know they were there. Most of it was missing as if they took them. We were told our crawlspace needed breathing and they enclosed all of the crawlspace. Our sales person came back out and told us it was wrong and he would get it fixed. We never heard from him again. The supervisor and contractor came out to look at the gutters and determined it was damaged and needed to be replaced. No one has called nor have they provided a timeline of when the work would be done to fix our home. The service has been horrible and overpriced for work never completed or needed. I am truly disapoointed in this brand and the local office who have shown no regard for the bad service and misrepresentation of services.

      I hired Terminix for a mouse problem after using them we noticed they were getting worse they claim the mice were eating the poison so fast . I called them to fill the bait trap approximately the first week in March they sent someone different. The young man NEVER went under the house . I even checked my cameras to make sure I didnt miss him going under. He lied said he did it I called and complained to the office and I cancelled .my service and they are still trying to bill me to this day and are calling and harassing me.

      I have been using Terminix since 2018 when we first found minor evidence of Termites in our Crawl Space. They had come out to treat the existing infestation and install preventative bait traps to prevent future infestations. I have paid for annual Renewals of over $250 each year to have the house inspected and service the bait stations to prevent infestations.I am trying to sell my house and just had a required home inspection done and they found that there is an active termite infestation in my crawl space. They provided photo evidence of the damage and noted that there is "Evidence of wood destroying insects was observed. A pest specialist should be called to further evaluate this issue and its remedies. All recommendations made by the specialist should be followed." and "Along the front of the house in the crawlspace area evidence of wood destroying insect damage was observed. This area should be fully evaluated by a contractor in this field to determine the significance of the issue and to make any necessary repairs."

      I disputed a service contract made 10/16/2021 wherein it specifies REMOVAL of bees. I specifically told the supervisor that **** up the contract that I would not settle for just spraying but had to remove nest. A payment of $300 in advance was required. They sent a technician, all he did was spray and stated he could not find the bees. I requested a refund, they gave me the run around and wanted to come back and see if they could find the bees. Asked ME to find them and let them know. I told them I wanted a refund back then, disputed (proof on line and in email). They NEVER called me back, so I disputed the charge and reversed with my bank (IN 2021!). NOW, they applied my payment for my annual contract renewal that I made on 11/11/2022 to that 2021 $300 charge and are asking me for another $300. I am disputing AGAIN. This is unfair business practices at it's worst! NO customer service, NO communication AND, I can't even see my past invoices/payment history on their "portal". I plan to move my account immediately if this is not resolved in the next two days as promised by their supervisor today!

      I was advised on 12/30 that the billing person that needed to look at this was out of the office. I also mentioned the supervisor/manager that was supposed to call me never responded back after missing calls. She said she would let him know and ask him to call. He never did.
      Although I've never heard back, when I go into my customer portal it now appears they have removed the charge. I would like to officially know that this is now closed however so it doesn't pop up again.

      At the beginning of November 2022 I contacted Terminix because I thought I had mice or other critters in my kitchen as a wooden drawer was filled with wood chips and the inside edges of the drawer were very chewed up, Inspector came and assumed it was mice. He told me I needed to have an exclusion done which involved sealing up all parts of the house that mice could get in. The cost for this was $1000.00. I tried to pay by charge but he told me none of my charges would go through. I thought that was odd but I offered to pay by check which I did. When the technician came he was UNABLE to do the job I had paid for as certain areas were inaccessible, etc. I have a very old house. The following week I contacted the company asking for a full or partial refund for whatever the tech did do.Yes he put 2 sticky traps in the drawer to catch the animal if it came back. So far it has not. The company never responded to my request for a refund and I called many times over the whole month of November. Finally I got a response through a regular customer service rep. I was told the branch manager said "No refund is due". To me this is stealing my money because I was paying for a service that did not occur. It's not as though they checked it out first to see if it could be done. They just went with what the inspector said. I know the tech spent some time looking for places they could get in but he advised me it could not be done. I am not an unreasonable person- I know there must be some charge just for him coming here but he did not do the job I paid $1000.00 for and I can only feel that this company is one of crooks who probably don't let you pay by charge because then a chargeback could be done. I am an honest and reasonable person and would have hoped a well respected company such as this would have treated me in an honest way but giving no refund is not honest on their part and no reason was given either.

      I received a phone call today from the company that resolved my complaint.I was told the technician took photos of areas he did exclusion on so apparently the work was done but he told me he couldn't do it. I never saw these photos. An appt was made for the tech to return next Tuesday at 12 noon to give me copy of the photos. I don't understand the confusion here but I am glad he excluded whatever he could. It will probably help mice or rat's getting in to a certain extent.

      I had already filed a previous compliant about them lying and saying if I sign up I could always transfer it to my new address when we move. Terminix responded by canceling the contract. They also called to see if they could remain me as a customer and I refused after this experience. I was told the contract was canceled and I owed nothing. Now I've recieved bills and phone calls wanting me to pay the entire canceled contract. Which is not what I was told.

      I received an email this morning from Terminix for a bill of $139. I called and asked why? The ride representative said it was for service render on December 16, 2021. I informed there was no service render on that date. I was not home and not informed of any Segovia being done. She said they sprayed they outside of my apartment. I informed her no work was done. I looked on my ring doorbell and the Terminix guy only left a paper at my door and then left. First, I was never informed of any more work being done nor did I Request it. Second, I was very unsatisfied with the spraying of my apartment the last time a Terminix person was at my apartment. Nothing was fixed. I still have voted all over my body which was the reason I called Terminix in the first place. According to the Terminix inspector I had carpet beetle. But that was not accurate. My apartment management I had two different pest control company look at my apartment and there was no carpet better. Why would Terminix charge customers $139 for leaving a paper at their front door. I never requested a follow up and was under the impression I was done with Terminix. I couldn't recommend Terminix services because nothing was resolved the first two times they came to my apartment so why would I continue to pay for service? I never needed the outside of my apartment spray. My property management takes care of that. I want a refund and to terminate any frites services with Terminix.
