    -Date of the Transaction: Dec 26, 2022 -The amount of money you paid for the business: $126.28.-What the business committed to providing you: I took two teenage boys and a teenage girl to ********* after Christmas. I had been driving all day until late at night and we were tired, so we decided to spend the night in ********, **. We booked a one-night room and requested 2 queen **** and 1 sofa bed at Comfort Inn Asheville Airport. When we checked in, they didn't have the room we booked, so my kids slept in two queen **** and I had no choice but to lie on the floor next to the ** all night. And they informed us that the city was fixing the water line. They promised us that we would have water for cleaning but no water for bathing, however, during our stay, we didn't have water to brush our teeth and wash our face, we used our drinking water for hygiene. The next morning, I confirmed my reservation with another person at the front desk, he said that the hotel has a room that I requested for some reason, but the check-in person did not give it to me. As a result, I felt uncomfortable and deceived by the hotel.-What the nature of the dispute is: ********* did not give back my refund -Whether or not the business tried to resolve the problem: No, they did not.-Account/ Order/Tracking number: Full Itinerary attached.

    Please be noted that the hotel did not have water due to major waterline breakage due to extreme cold weather. The ***************** repaired the water line after 4 days. We could not get bottled water due to no stock in the retail stores in the area.

    We can refund $25.00 for inconvenience.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Regarding the reservation, I specifically requested 2 queen **** and 1 sofa bed.  The hotel has the room as I requested but they didn't give it to me.  I had to lie on the floor next to the ** all night.
