    Paid and had them come out to do the ducts. Said that they were complete, but after I checked with an endoscope realized that there was significant growth in one of the ducts. They didn't say anything to us and considered the job done. I contacted and sent a picture and they said they would come back out to do the missed duct. It's a massive pain because they've been unable to accommodate our schedule, which considering its their mix up which is causing us to miss work is unacceptable. Job should be given priority and finished this week. No more delays. I don't care if you have other jobs, finish what you started. If we hadn't checked we would have continued to breath mold and have wasted 699. I hate doing a BBB complaint but what other choice do I have, we need to move in. We can't keep playing these games.
