My car lease is coming to an end. I have used them for two leases (6 years) and paid on time without issue. We extended the lease in August and when I went to pay online it said no payment was due and that it was paid off. I physically could not make a payment. I thought perhaps I would make any final payment at lease end. At 30 days they reported it to the credit agencies without any notification of a late payment. Two people there have told me there is a glitch in their payment system. One said I can schedule a payment for a future date and it would work. I did that and it was denied. I called again and they said the system has a glitch and it doesnt work. The payment site has not been working since at least August and it does not seem like they are working to fix it. The website prompt is extremely misleading and the payment function does not work (maybe for those at lease end only). I asked for a letter explaining the issue and they refused. It is precluding me from getting a new car lease so have filed a dispute with the credit agency as well. I am trying to get it corrected on my credit report since they indicated no payment was due.

*******, This is getting ridiculous. Please engage here.1.** told me on Aug. 31 to go get a bank issued check and overnight the payoff amount..which I did.2.I confirmed the amount left my account for the bank issued check on the 31st of August(screenshot attached) for the certified check.3.I followed up with a call on Tuesday, in which I was told the money had been applied to the account. I was forwarded to you in which you advised me you couldnt use the pre-paid return label inside, but needed my ***** number to return the title, overnight, when it would issue within 24 hours.4.You told me because of the 24 hour processing time to issue the title, it the title would leave Wednesday the 6th, or at worst Thursday the 7th..using the overnight method. I would receive on Thursday, Sept. 6 or Friday, Sept. 7th.5.I followed up with you via email, requesting tracking on Sept. 7th as I had not received. No response.6.I followed up on the 8th via email. No response.7.I called in to the ** line, in which they informed me title has put notes on the account that title will not be released until the 15th of September. 8.I was passed through to elevate the situation and was told by a rather rude woman that there was nobody in the building that could help me and nobody available to elevate any title related matter to. So, here I am. With the buyer at my office expecting to pick up the vehicle I paid off 9 days ago. Ive jumped through hoops to go to the bank, then overnight the payment, then follow up, provide ***** number, follow upeverything Ive been asked to do. Thus far, Chrysler Capital has not executed one single thing theyve told me they would. Not one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can this be? You are costing me a buyer and HUGE $$$$$.

I paid off my car in July 2022. I live in ********, so Chrysler Capital is supposed to send an electronic lien release notification to the **** so that the *** will issue my title (in ********, the *** does not issue a paper title for a car that has a lien on it). My title has never been issued. I have called Chrysler Capital about ten times and spoken with the *** about four times, and Chrysler Capital has been insisting that the lien release has been sent, while the *** does not have it. Here is some key information:- For the first few months, every time I called Chrysler Capital to follow up, they would "find" an error message saying the lien release had not successfully gone through to the ***. Until I called, they would never follow up on the error message, let me know, or take any action whatsoever. At this point they would say they're trying again.- Eventually I managed to escalate the issue with Chrysler Capital, and someone called the *** on my behalf. The Chrysler Capital representative informed me the issue had been taken care of, and the *** stated they were sending the title. I later called the *** (after not receiving the title), who told me they would not have spoken to Chrysler Capital about this topic and did not inform anyone they were sending the title. I am confused as to whether the Chrysler Capital severely misunderstood the conversation or actually lied to me.- Eventually I went in person to the **** who informed me there's a hold on my account because of this confusion and they will now only accept a fax or hard copy version of the lien release letter - I requested a fax and hard copy from Chrysler Capital, who refused to provided it because they only provide an electronic lien release for electronic titles. They are now refusing to provide me a copy of a lien release letter, which I could bring to the *** to obtain my title.- Chrysler Capital now states they don't know what else to do, and the *** should issue the title.

On 04/20/22, I, ****** *****, purchased a vehicle from Capital Dod*e in ******* NC. Less than one month later the car needed to have an expensive repair, and furthermore I was forced to purchase a triton protect policy that does not cover this repair as it was preexistin* on the car. I had requested that Capital cover the repair char*es and cancel the triton policy in June 2022. As of 07/20/22 neither of these have been taken care of. I am filin* this complaint to be reimbursed $6886.82 in cost that I have covered. The repair was transmission related, the battery in my car leaked onto a transmission casin*, causin* the casin* to leak fluid and contaminate my transmission system. The battery that was installed in my car at time of sale was the incorrect type of battery causin* the issue. As Capital sold me the car and Buick or rather *M has confirmed that the car had an incorrect battery causin* the issue, Capital should reimburse me for the full cost of the repair. I also learned while lookin* into this that the presale inspection was not completed correctly and that capital has sold this particular car 3x.

I am trying to get a pre-estimate on my truck before I turn in my lease. Chrysler Capital uses a 3rd party company called True360 to do these estimates. The company does not have a representative in my area nor was I given enough notice to schedule this to be completed. Chrysler Capital is refusing to assist any further stating that I should have called sooner. Literally told me that. So I do not know if the minor common scratches will be considered normal wear and tear or excessive wear and tear. this is a matter of thousands not just a couple bucks. All I want is one of two things: Provide me an estimate in the next seven business days so I can make an educated decision of fixing or turning in the truck and paying fee OR a guarantee that ANY scratches on the truck would not be considered excessive.
