      On July 28, 2022 at 11:48 am I ordered a *** ***** **" Deck Shell Replacement, Yellow, For $81.59. On Sunday July 31, 2022 I received my tracking number and confirmation email which said 10-20 days after shipping is when I should get my package. On Sept. 4, 2022 I emailed about it. That same day they wanted me to call my post office. They didn't have it either. I emailed back on 9/7/22 telling them I still don't have it. Ever since communication from the company has stopped and I have emailed so many times with no response. I just want my money back.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my refund. They had originally responded to me a few times and then communication stopped on their end. They won’t ship the item nor return my money.

      I ordered a walk behind weed whip on 5/8/2022. The price was 79.99 dollars. My order number is ***** I have been in contact with them telling them that I haven’t received my product. And they keep saying I’m sorry do you want us to resend it. Of course, i said yes still never received it. So now i asked for a refund and told them that they couldn’t put it back on my credit card because i no longer have that credit card and again they asked if i wanted them to resend it and i haven’t answered them I gave them plenty of time and chances Thank you

      I ordered 2 bikes for my son's from a website called Vehealt on the ****** search engine, I sent them 179.00 from my **** card....this was back in July 2022. and the items never arrived and was never delivered...my housing location is a gated and secure community and packages are delivered thru a parcel system and generated only by a designated code for each housing unit here.... I attempted to contact the website in question, ("Vehealt),"yet to no avail I have not received my order from them....

      I ordered a lawn mower and never received the product. Informed the company that I requested a refund and the company assured me they’d do so 7-14 business days. They have not refunded the money after 5 weeks despite my repeated attempts.

      I ordered a Lawn Sweeper from Vehealt, they withdrew $89.98 from my bank account. We'll, when the package was delivered, they sent a pair of small white socks, Not the sweeper. I instantly started trying to contact them, I have sent a total of 54 emails to them requesting my money back. They have sent me 2 emails (one dated 9-20-2022 and the other dated 11-14-2022) stating they would refund my money. But they have NOT. And they have no intentions of doing so.Its been 3 months and I want my money back.

      I have sent them a total of 63 emails, But they have Not refunded my money yet.

      Even tho, I did get 2 emails from them stating they were going to give me the refund, They have NOT actually done so yet, and after 3 months and 63 emails, I don't think they have any intention of doing so either.

      On August 16,2022, I ordered a ***** ***** for $89.98. Stated I would receive a tracking number in 3-5 business days . Finally after about 10 days I got a tracking number, then received another tracking number . I realized then the product was coming from China. Stated that my oder was delivered. Around end of September I received a pair of socks in the mail with same tracking number. Contacted Vehealt , said they would resend it . So we are now in November. Still have not received my grill , asked for a refund. They were at first responding to my emails, now they are ignoring my emails since I asked for a refund . This company is a Scam , please do not order from Vehealt

      I purchased an electric bike for 89.90 from www.vehealt.com They confirmed the purchase and sent me a tracking number that I watched like a hawk. Eventually the product supposedly reached my address but nothing was ever delivered. I contacted the company regarding this problem Nd they sent me another, supposedly. This time the tracking site was sketchy and the tracking number would not verify on any other global tracking website. Soon it reached "out for delivery" and two days later the site claimed "the package was lost in the mail" I demanded a refund The company said they could send out another bike. I told them "No I demand a refund" The company eventually agreed to refund me a partial refund of $79.90 which I agreed to. The company said they would process the refund in 7-14 days. It's been 15 days now and the company will not respond to my messages. I want my money back immediately

      They took my money and did not send the product. They then said they would refund the money but never did. This back and forth went on for months and I am still out the money with no product.

      8-14-2022 I ordered the BLEMISHED Blackstone Griddle 1868 4 Burner 36 Inch Gas + Air Fryer 756 sq in top Model # NO071901 for $89.98 with free shipping from Vehealt.com. Order number ****. On 8-30-2022 I received a small package with some sort of green fabric in a plastic case, it was not a grill. I emailed the company, told them what i received and they responded asking me to send a picture of the item. I sent them a picture and they replied with an apology and asked if they could resend the item. I agreed they could resend my order, as long as they sent me what I ordered. This was on 9-2-2022. On 9-5-2022 I received an email... "Hi, Thank you for your order. We have reshipped your order out.The tracking No.is: ************* Pls track here: https://www.emsname.top/" I emailed them asking them to tell me what they sent to me. They replied saying "This is your order" with a picture of the grill that I ordered. I used the tracking number to follow the progress of the package. I was told it was in Mounds View for around a week then the status changed to a message saying that my package may have been lost in shipment and I should contact the sender. On 10-4-2022 I emailed the company again and gave them this information, and asked them to refund my money. On 10-6-2022 they responded saying "We are so sorry for that.how about we re-send the order to you again" to which I replied "No thank you! I don't believe that I'll ever get what I ordered, just refund my money" I don't believe that they'll refund my money

      I ordered two lawn mower tires online on 8-19-2022 from vehealt for $89.98. On 9-12-22 I received a package at the post office from this business. Inside the package was a pair of white socks not two lawn mower tires. This package had the exact tracking number that was tied to my tires. Have tried to call them and their phone number is no longer in service. Have emailed them multiple times & they are saying package was delivered. Would like to get at least a full refund if not more for having my time into trying to resolve this and still in despite need of the tires and can not afford to order others until I receive this money back. Thank you ****** *******
