As a former employee at Health and Style Institute located in **********,**. I enjoyed teaching the students. The school itself lacks professionalism, and the administration department specifically the lead educator and the Director do not communicate well. They have instructors there that are not licensed. I was following there policies and procedures. I was recently in a position where the director nor COO had any safety measures for their instructors. Per there Handbook per page 9 about professionalism and mutual respect. The students are allowed to disrespect their educators but the rules doesnt apply to all students just certain ones. I was disrespected not only in front of my director and students but in front of clients. Where I never said anything to the student. I was told I was in the wrong. A student was expel a week later for the same behavior. Yet the student I wrote up continued to disrespect me daily. I went through my chain of commends as I was told to do. I was told that I just needed to get pass that and get over the hump. I was told that the student is upset because its not being handed to her. I taught 2 classes at night, and 1 during the day. I did ask to just teach one at night, and I was told No. The lead instructor had me doing her work. The description as a lead educator per there website as well as the director himself, where there is no educator thats when the lead educator would step in. The lead educator then tried to black male me saying the only way I would get a position is that I had to continue working nights until June 29th. She promised this position also to another instructor to get us to stay. I put in a resignation letter, I came to give thank you cards to my old coworkers and students. The director who wasnt on campus texted me and also stated I wasnt allowed on campus. All due to be leaving, and I was never informed nor told I wasnt allowed in their campus anymore.

This is baseless rant by a disgruntled employee who was recently terminated for cause. I respectfully request that the BBB remove this post as it has nothing to do with a customer concern. Since we don't believe we can legally post the terminated employee's HR file, we cannot properly and thoroughly respond to her fabricated claims.
