My car stopped working I took it to import auto solutions who after inspecting it told me everything on my car was good but the engine was bad.so on the 27th of feb I had it towed back up there and paid a 1000$ deposit for him to fix the engine which became an entire engine swap. On the 2nd of march I went back to get the car and he told me everything was good he cut the car on for me which it wouldn’t even start when I brought it to him checked the fluids topped of the transmission fluid I paid him the remaining 1500 and left. Immediately pulling off the carwould move but it sounded like it wouldn’t go into the next gear so I drove it like 4 miles around the block and realized that it was exactly what it sounded like I took the car back and he drove it around the block and immediately came back and tried to pop the hood which is when I realized not only has he not test drove the vehicle after fixing it but that they broke the hood latch and put a hole in the front grill which he put off on the tow truck company. I left the car there and he said that ******** had given him the wrong transmission fluid and that it was their fault either they was going to fix it or pay him to fix it a week went by he still hadn’t heard anything. I started getting upset so he had the man from ******** call me and he didn’t really know why he was calling he said he did put in a request and it was up to his higher ups but really even if he did receive the wrong transmission fluid he put it in there and that bad transmission fluid wouldn’t permanently mess the transmission up he had me come pick the car back up and said that he flushed the transmission and it was running a lot better and that he would call once auto zone was ready to fix the car but it was not running better now I have the car back and he still says he is waiting on auto zone I talked to the auto zone man again and he is upset that the owner is involving him at all because it’s his car shop it’s his problem
