    My purchase of two pair of jeans from Kontoor Brands dba Lee on June 29, 2024 via PayPal was delivered by ***** on July 2, 2024 to my address but left on the ground just inside the gate of the apartment complex where I live. Responding to a FeEx email I went to the gate but the package was gone. I went to the building manager who was able to pull up security cam video showing the the theft. The thief was a trespasser in the building and known to the manager. I reported the theft to ***** who said that the shipper had to contact them with the complaint for them to take action. I then called the police, reported the theft anticipating I would need it when I contacted Kontoor Brands ******************** report DC#************). I called Kontoor **************** (Case#********* and was told they would not need a police report number because they would not contact ***** because that was my responsibility. When I told them that I already had done that they just repeated the same thing all over again.

    I ordered Christmas presents that were ALL suppose to arrive by December 18th. None of them EVER came. I have called about 6 or 7 times. Each time given different information. 1st call- was told to wait and see if the stuff would arrive. 2nd call- Lee contacted FedEx themselves, and said they would have to submit the proper paperwork. 3rd call- was told they were going to refund me the money. I said I still wanted my product. They said that was fine. 4th call- acted as if the 3rd call never happened. 5th call- lady took my information to investigate, then called me back. She said 2 items that I had ordered were no longer available. She would send the rest of my products out and I would get the $ back for the 2 items. (30 days for refund) 6th call- just got off the phone, with yet another representative, this one tells me they CANNOT do a partial refund and send some products out. The previous lady had submitted for a full refund. I should be getting it in February sometime. We will see!!!!! Meanwhile, between them and other online orders, I had absolutely NO gifts in time for Christmas. Worst experience of my life.

We realize that a refund does not compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this incident. We have also emailed you a coupon code and hope you give us the opportunity to provide a positive experience.
