They cheat their customers when the customer pays to win prizes. They do not post ALL rules and then allow the associates to yell and disrespect the customer whenever we are the reasons they are open. The “lead” KAPON thought he was cool to not allow a 1 year old to win a game. And when he yelled at me I asked to speak to his managers and they simply lied and tried to cover it up when all of this incident took place on camera. I would like round one to explain to me why I pay $100 to play games and not all rules are posted. That is false advertisingBusiness response
