This company did less than professional work in some areas, cost us extra money and other losses. Owner has not cooperated after a full description, and pictures sent of the poor work. The work extended 3x the reasonable and customary repair time, and caused me and my 94 year old Mother to stay away from home for 3 months. I was given so many empty excuses. They claimed to have gotten permits from my county, and did not. The excuse was: "you know why? because it takes so "LONG" to get inspections done. NO! the work would not have passed inspection. A huge pile of trash from the work was left at the front of the house for over a month, although I politely asked it to be removed. With the trash there, our car gone, and the dog away with us, it was obvious no one was home, so after my Mother living here for over 50 years, and I more than half that, with no fear of being violated, our home was broken in to (the back door broken), and a storage trailer with my valuables as well, with all things of value stolen from the storage trailer, as thankfully the home had a security alarm that deterred the criminal. I cannot express our disappointment, nor brokenness over these circumstances, and you can imagine how it upset my Mother was throughout, with my doing everything I knew to spare her these wrongful discomforts, expenses and sufferings. I have made efforts, again patiently waited for resolve, with no success, therefore this is the only reason I am submitting this complaint. We are out an EXTRA $445.00 in these difficult times, that was charged for the fictitious report of the permits . I was much too patient and cooperative, although each time I inquired about the delays, I was offered more excuses; therefore my floors were wide open for 4 weeks. You could see the dirt underneath, therefore I continuously sprayed bug defense every few days. Needles to say it was ONE of the WORST experiences of our lives, at our ages. I would NOT recommend this company.

If you’re looking for an honest, and trust worthy company then I would suggest you call 911 Restoration of The Triad. I had a sewage pipe burst in my home, had called another company and was blown away by the estimate that they gave me, not including the pressure of them wanting me to sign paperwork and showing no compassion for the situation. Thank goodness I found 911 Restoration. They were compassionate and reasonable for cost especially knowing that my insurance company would not cover the damage. They were very professional and the work that they did and the concern that they took was amazing. Thank you 911 Restoration of The Triad
