Price equaling, meeting competitors' prices - When advertisers offer a price match guarantee, the offer should be made in good faith, include all necessary information to take advantage of it, and not place unreasonable burdens on the consumer who wants to take advantage of the offer.

Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or the Better Business Bureau.
BBB was unable to locate a current license for this business with the NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating & Fire Sprinkler Contractors, which is required for installation of heating or air conditioning equipment.
