Horrible builder! I’m a realtor and I should have know not to buy from these people, but there was so little available when we bought so we went ahead with it. The trim work and finishes are very poor quality and the floor joists in the upstairs squeak like it’s a 200 year old home, and I’m not exaggerating it’s horrible!!! We have tried many many times to contact the builder to even do just our one-year walk-through, and we never hear back from anyone. There is no phone number you can call, there is nothing…do not buy from this builder!!!! You will regret it!!!!Windsor Homes

We have been trying to contact Mrs. ******. This morning the builder that has reached out indicated that he has left 2 voice messages and sent 3 emails this week. with no response from Mrs. ******. We cannot address her concerns if we cannot reach her.Review fromMike D

1 starWe moved into our home in NC 4 months ago and during the walk through we addressed issues and also went through the warranty process on their website and listed the issues. No one came to speak with us, however they did lie and say it was completed without even coming to our home and seeing and discussing the issues. We were never given screens for our windows, front door does't close, our second floor abnormally creaks for a brand new house just to name a few! We know the issues can be fixed but the lack of customer service, response and how this company just dismisses their buyers is disgusting. The GC's attitude is horrendous and there is no way he can get in touch with anyone above the people in this community. We have built with other companies previously and this is by far the lowest quality home and the worst customer services and treatment!Review fromJohn H

1 starAbsolutely terrible customer service. Our front door is warped and we told them at walk through and were told it would be replaced, that was 2 1/2 months ago. Garage door broke after a week of living in the house. 2 months later and it still has not been fixed. Wall in garage and downstairs powder room is bowed out and was shown at walk through and was told it would be fixed. 2 1/2 months still not done. Trim work is horrible and needs caulking. Backsplash needs grout done. Chris the Foreman does not return calls, emails or texts. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also take forever to complete your home. if you are building plan an extra 6-8 months after the date they tell you it will be done.Review fromSeth M

1 starHorrible service and the building keeps getting put off. Way past the expected date and they keep moving it back! So inconvenient! We sold the other house and are having to live in a hotel for two months now because they keep moving the building back.
