They took 20% down payment which was over US $11k. Once payment received they changed completely. They declined to provide any commitment to deliver. They sold the building promising Oct installation after payment they kept moving. Now they say I have to pay 30% more to get it installed in December. As per the signed contract 30% is due upon delivering materials. Now they say they will bring materials only after 50% is paid which is in direct breach of signed contract. Is there any legal help BBB can provide?Lion Buildings

*****, Was great, he was super helpful with the entire process, from design to giving me ideas on what I should think about for my building. I tried local builders but many wouldnt even call me back. ***** even followed the entire build from start to Finish making sure that the installers were there on day that was scheduled and making sure I was happy with results. If I had it to do all over again, Id still call ****************, and Id also ask for *****. Worth every *****.Lion Buildings

***** was very courteous and helpful during the process of designing our building. The installers did a good job and cleaned up after the job. We have only had our building for one week. So far everything is good.Lion Buildings

Very disappointed had problems since day one had to contact them multiple times for issues wasted a total of at least 10 hours . ( One minor problem was never fixed because they ignored me for too long ) First day refused to take off money on doors saying I was not be able to get those which I know its completely false then they threatened to take my building down . I could keep talking about this company, but somebody does not need to read a book. I give this company a big.Lion Buildings

We were informed by our manufacturer that, unfortunately, the building repair is not possible due to the ***** day workmanship warranty. Your building was installed in 2023, and the repair request was made in 2024, which falls outside of the warranty period.Regarding the billing dispute and the alleged threat to take down your building, we have no knowledge or involvement in those matters as we are two independent companies. We strive to maintain clear and open communication, but in this case, we have no control over the manufacturer's decisions and policies.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and understand your frustration. If there are any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you within our capacity.I have attached the signed contract to this email and the initial conversations ***** had with Mr. *** about the repair. ****** sent the email on April way past the warranty stated on our website and contract.Review fromJohn C

My contact ***** over at lions was excellent. On my end I had a couple permit problems and ***** understood and we worked together. When the building went up ***** and I talked about a couple of my concerns and ***** at lions took care of it.Lion Buildings
