I am sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience; I know that trying to find a place to live can be a very stressful time. We process applications in the order that they are completed; unfortunately, in some cases, there may be a few applications on the same property. The $75 application fee is transferable to other properties you apply for within 30 days, and we would like to encourage you to look through the available properties and see if any of those might be a fit for you. The $75 is used for the cost of the software we use to process applications. The property you are speaking of was originally listed at $1695 and then the price was reduced to $1550 last week and that was updated on our website. Once again, we know that moving is one of the most stressful times and we hope that you may still consider one of our properties.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! In 2022, I had to move as my previous landlord was selling their homes. So I started the search for a new home. I found a property leased through RPM of the triad. I reviewed their rental criteria in their site, went in person and viewed the home. I then called them and inquired how many applications were pending at the time bc I didnt want to waste money on a no -refundable application fee if there was other pending applications. I was told there were no applications on the property and they take 1 application at a time. So I move forward. ****, somehow there was a delay in receiving word back from my current landlord. That got resolved and I get an approval email. I immediately responded back ready to make my deposit and sign the lease. However Im told I cant bc another application is pending and they had until the next day to make their deposit and If they did not then I could. But how are they before me, If I put in my application first. So I didnt get that house but they allowed me to choose another and I did. Signed a 2 year lease with an unrelated additional charge for a resident package which I havent used not once in my 2 year of being here. Its not beneficial for the tenants. I paid my rent every month, even was late about 3-4 times out of the 2 years, never any complaints bc my family and I work and stay to ourselves. Well I had surgery a few months ago and out of work. So I call the office(someone finally answered) and I asked would it be ok for me to make majority of the rental payment that day and the remaining the next week. She said yes as long as I followed up with an email to put it in writing. I did. Well the day for me to make the remaining payment I have an eviction notice to pay and vacate. No option to pay and stay. They are always contracting on their word. And bc its a business no one listens to us tenants and dont take action for our rights. Id never recommend this business to anyone

Offers to lease are extended in the order of approved applicants, not necessarily in the order of application submission. Your LL delay caused a delay in your application being approved and in the meantime other applicants were approved. Regarind the eviction, this is the remedy when rent is not paid and/or the lease is violated. If you would like to discuss this matter in more detail please contact us at ************************************* and we can arrange a time to talk by phone.

Do what you want with them but I want be putting no more time nor energy in a company that will not take the time out for me as they customer. Real Property Management of Triad goes through a system company called Findigs. Real Property Management Of Triad have no attachments of your information on file from Findigs so you can never get your questions answered fully 100%…Findigs gave me the complete run around and assurance that they will hold my application fee for another house if could not get the house I was applying for which did not happen for me and I’m still in the 30 day process..findigs told a bold face lie and said I misrepresented something on my application when I told truth on my application..they initially stated I had insufficient funds and didn’t make 3.5 income which I disagree . I worked 80 hours every two weeks, Then before finishing my application they wanted to hold application shortly after stated they could not get response from my leasing office which find out Findigs sent a form or questionnaire for rental history instead of a pdf document with letterhead …some how at the end the entire process it was denied for tardiness of rental history and misrepresented information..they made up more than one excuse at a time…Findigs only had three applications in front of mine I was told by Real Property agent and somehow they skipped over me and approved someone else instead of treating my process fairly. Findigs acted very poorly with communication and inconsiderate of doing they best to get a home you wanted. It took a week and half to process before I heard anything and she stated she sent it to email when we been chatting in Findigs app all this time. If my application fee is non refundable and you stated I have 30 days and you have rentals prices lower than 1395 than either you should owe me my $75 back for false advertisement or give me my fair shot that’s the way I see it…The system Findigs they are working through is very unprofessional

You were declined because you did not show 3.5x the rental rate in gross income.  You stated it but income verification did not reach the 3.5x figure figure.  The income target was $4,883. With the documents you submitted we could only verify the gross income to be $4,365.

If you would be willing to remove your BBB review and Google review we would refund your $75 application fee.

The use and abuse of the market to scam people out of their deposits are appalling. I recirved a notice making a false statement indicating that I have didn't live where I stated that I lived and they used a company call finddig who asked for the same information that was submitted on the initial application which to me was strange and redundant. They never contacted the renting manager to forward my application and responded with a statement stating that I had inaccuracies regarding my rental history that resulted in them flagging my account for 30 days. When I inquired about these inaccuracies which to me seemed odd. I was ignored then told that they can not move forward with the application and retained my $75. I could understand not meeting credit requirement but they have a statement stating that the adjustment would be made with adjusted deposits which I could understand. I could understand pet screening denial but after final determination i just recieved after a weeks time my documents were legitimate and accurate and my animals as service animals but I don't understand why I would be denied over rental history when they stated my landlord verified and I know for certain my previous landlord sold her property and moved out the state so I'm not sure if she is even reachable . I'm still waiting for an explanation or a 1: 1 conversation about my information as I feel that my time was wasted and my money was taken. By the reviews I had read below they may have done me a favor but to take my money with no intent to process my paper or allow me to apply and make me look like im doing suspicious as a renter is not fair dealing. I will not have someone trying to damage my credibility no one. SHAME ON you Real Property Mangement of the Triad. Shame on You!!! Please work on your communication and process as it is misleading and disrespectful to someone in search of a home.

Listed a private landlord who stated they are the owner. They are not the owner. One of our reps reached out to ********* when she asked for more details was: “We received a response from your landlord and our system was not able to verify the information provided due to inaccuracies during the rental history verification process, resulting in the application being flagged. At this point, we are unable to proceed.” Service animals were still under review by PetScreening when denial was sent. Animals were later approved. We asked her to start it on April 5, and the animal was approved on April 12. She was denied on April 11.

That information that you are staring was not made available to me about a denial of owner. I was asked to provide my landlords information. When I did I was told they could not proceed because it was flagged. However, they con duct their business has nothing to do with me asking for what reason I was flagged. Secondly, I mentioned that the other landlord sold her property so i wasnt sure if they would respond but that has no bearing on me providing the infomation Again, providing information was what I was asked to do. The pet screen was a delay on their own processing because I immediately responded to both request to your company the secondary company Finddigs that asked Mr to resubmitt everything I already submitted on the application and I gladly complied.being blocked for 30day without being notified why it was bring flagged seemed strange. I gave the information that I have access to so to say that I misrepresented anything is inaccurate and speaks against my character. I have dealt with 2 private landlord from 2021-2023 with both having very different scenarios both that have worked against me in this process because it seem I've enter all that I have access to their current status are not my responsibility. But to prevent me for search for a home because of unknown flag ( whatever that means) is ridiculous and when I asked to speak to a manager about it to recieve more clarity I was blown off. I have no control for the service animal screening. I even submitted to the company the same information to expedite the process regarding my service animals and contacted them several times about their hold up and didn't get a response until they too were reported. You neglected to indicate my start time on the screen process as it was followedup immediately as requested. I can't be held accountable for the agency you choose for your screening process.and their delays or why that fell outside of their 2 to 5 day processing period. No phone call or message came through asking for any other info after I submitted the emails and info for landlords other than when the petscreening comes back it will be submitted to potential landlord for review. . So the error is not on me. Further more I asked before and I'll ask again what does being flagged mean and what reason would I have to give you someone else's info that isn't my landlord when I'm experience a housing crisis and dony have time for games. Let's be honest the application fee is a money grab cause that house has been listed for a while thats why the price keeps dropping because this has happened to a few people and the petscreening is to see if you can charge more and I do believe I was truly denied because you couldnt charge what you wanted so you had to come up with something. But thanks again for saving me from more head ache but I will be sure to be instrumental in buyer beware conversation. #LessonLearned

This company is terrible. Do not rent from them. I would give them zero stars if possible. They are extremely rude and talk down to their renters and will not appreciate your business. RENTERS BEWARE: they take full 360 degree pictures of your home biannually or quarterly - every single room and every inch of the house to share with the owner of the house. They call this a "conditions inspection". They hide behind the lease that they say gives them access and the right to do this. Not at all true. Know your legal rights and exercise them. You should expect peaceful enjoyment of the home - because by law, you are due this in exchange for your rent payment. Make some noise - do not peacefully allow this invasion of privacy. Without renters they have no business.
