      On June 18, 2023 my party of 6 visited ******** ****** located at **** ***** **** **** ***** **. When we entered the restaurant we brought in two balloons (for Father's Day) and checked in at the hostess desk. Subsequently the hostess took us to our table. Within minutes of her leaving our table she returned and stated that we had to remove the balloons from the restaurant. One of our party members expeditiously carried the balloons back to the car. However, our party was concerned that the hostess didn't share the no balloon policy when we checked in. I shared my concerns with our waitress, Aaliyah, who said she would tell the manager. Shortly after the manager, Tina *****, returned to our table and asked what our concern was. I proceeded to explain and she cut me off angrily and said "We have 13 new staff members because everyone went home for the summer." "They didn't know about the no balloon policy." I asked her why all polices were not disclosed to the new staff members during their orientation. She responded with an attitude and inappropriate tone "Uh huh yeah sure." and walked off without even an apology. Later during the meal a black lady with red stiletto nails who self identified as another manager (she did not give her name) came to the table asking in a hostile manner if we needed boxes. She then proceeded to argue with one of my party members addressing her as "baby" and stormed off without leaving any boxes at all. After the arguments from both managers we sat at the table for over 20 minutes waiting for our receipts so that we could pay and leave. It wasn't until one of our party members called the front desk to ask if we could have our receipt that it was brought to us. During all encounters neither manager came to our table to listen to understand or even to remotely try to dissipate our concerns. Instead they came over to heighten the issue at hand. I called Meghan M******* at headquarters to discuss more however she has not returned my call.
