      I had been traveling all day and was driving in from Charlotte to Greensboro. I called Little Ceasars at 2:06PM on 09.11.22 to order pizzas, 20 minutes before I would arrive to ensure they would be ready, since they are known for having hot and ready pizzas available. Once I got to Greensboro, I stopped at Popeyes first about 2 miles down the street, then I drove to Little Ceasars. Just to arrive to find out they hadn't even started on my order. I ordered 4 pizzas, 1 Cheese, 2 pep and 1 special order. The "manager on duty" was very rude, not to me but the staff. He was however, very unprofessional. He was yelling at one guy in particular, telling him he would be fired or written up if he didn't get his job done right. I don't know if he was serious or playing around with him, because the guy would just slightly smile and continue on working. He kept calling him the "* ****" over and over and cussing at him F bombs everything. It was excessive and I didn't want to hear it. As a leader myself I would NEVER speak with my staff the way he did. The constant yelling throughout the restaurant and cussing and "* **** this * **** that" so disappointing, especially since there is so much positivity out there about the relationship Little Ceasars has with POC and Rosa Parks. Meanwhile, other's are walking in and ordering and getting their food made and given to them before me. I did not get my order until 2:53, almost an hour later. I later called the corp office to make my complaint and was told I would receive a call within 5-7 days, No one called me. I called back after 2 weeks and was told I would get a call that same day, still to this day (Oct. 7th) no one has reached out to even apologize for his behavior. I am not asking for anything in return, I just feel this type of behavior and language needs to be addressed. I looked at the Google Reviews and the majority of their complaints are the same, very rude and unprofessional staff. This needs to be addressed immediately.
