    Joke of The Day:What do you do if you see three guys in a pickup truck delivering a refrigerator with only a hand truck and a piece of broken plywood.RUN.This business is a complete fraud. Purchased a refrigerator from them over 6 weeks ago. The refrigerator failed in less than a week. I have been waiting on a replacement since. FRAUD FRAUD.

    Had a very negative experience very similar to some of the other reviews on this website with imperial warehouse HomeGoods. The wrong appliance was delivered and i was told that I could do a refund by one of the employees so I sent it back. I was then informed that I would have to pay another $125 delivery fee for the replacement appliance. After two weeks of going back and forth the owner refused to refund my money. He would only offer me a store credit but still stuck with making me pay $125 delivery fee if I wanted another appliance. I did not have time to wait around for the extra appliance situation to get worked out o I had to buy elsewhere and now I’m stuck with a $200 store credit with a business that I will never do business with again and recommend no one else do as well. Nowhere online or on their advertisements or when speaking to their sales associates, was it informed to me ahead of time that no refunds were allowed , nor was it on the receipt that they sent me. The owner, thought it was professional to raise his voice over the phone in our conversation of trying to work things out. Terrible business. Take your money elsewhere
