Initially, I was presented with Truck-A, a Kenworth T680 2019, priced at $116,900 with ******* miles on it. Excited to begin my journey as a truck owner, I proceeded with the financing process, utilizing my personal credit as security. However, shortly after making a deposit of $2,500 and preparing to finalize the purchase, I was informed via email that my chosen truck would be switched to Truck-B, another Kenworth T680 2019, priced slightly lower at $114,900 but with higher mileage at ******* miles. This bait-and-switch tactic was the first red flag of VTC's deceptive practices. Despite my insistence on receiving Truck-A, the sales agent at VTC pressured me into accepting Truck-B, assuring me of its superior quality and value.
