Absolutely the worst corporatized vet hospital in the city of **********, where over-vaccination and pet owner intimidation is rampant by the office manager. The veterinarians here are wonderful and understanding; however, have very little, if any, control over the day to day running of their facility due to an out of control freak office manager who takes over the practice of vet medicine whenever she can intimidate her staff into forwarding all calls for information to her, and where she feels qualified to offer instruction on the care of pets without any formal vet training or knowledge, most of which could be detrimental to your pet if not careful. Any questioning of this results in assumptions and then insults.After sharing our concerns with our vet there, we had to make an appointment because all calls are forwarded to this office manager as well as any messages left, he asked us to leave him a message and would return our call. After doing so this week, we received an email from her discharging us that day telling us that any correspondence might be considered harassment, we did not hear back from the vet.She is unfamiliar with updated AAHA practices and guidance and has had no training beyond her limited opinions which she shares in the form of accusing people of wanting to kill their dogs if they do not agree with her "advice, " and feels entitled to share this in an insulting way and carries out business most unprofessionally by gatekeeping and controlling staff, including the vets.Clinic is owned by out of state company who does not answer phones, messages or emails - we have left many.I would give this less than 1 star except these vets are good and do not deserve this, nor do they deserve her reputational consequences. Hopefully these vets get smart soon and either ditch her and this group or go on their own, in which case id offer strong support of their expertise. Otherwise - good luck, she makes it impossible to have good care here.
