    ******* Living shipped my outdoor sectional with this freight company and they refuse to deliver my order. My order is at it's last mile destination and I have been scheduled for delivery twice and RPM cancels my delivery a couple of days later. This is the worst freight company that any corporation can contract with. See below how many times my order has been schedule for delivery and then cancelled.     Hello,

    We have never dealt or had dealings with this customer before. She must have gotten the shipping information incorrect. We do not make the types of deliveries in this complaint. We only deal with warehouses and warehouse transport, no residential customers. We have never been contacted by this person, or had any contract for this delivery. We are sorry you haven't received your product, and hope you can remove this complaint as it has nothing to do with *************************. Thank you and have a great day!

    While I have a delivery date set for 9/12/24, I will believe it when the furniture is here. To date I still do not have my furniture that I ordered.
