    I went to US Cellular to try to obtain Internet, and the sales person was such in a rush that he did not explained anything to me. He provided the modem and I came home and tried to install it myself, I wasn't able to install it. I called him the same day so he can help me out, but it didn't worked. I was so frustrated and I turned in the modem the next day. Well I checked my credit report and they placed me in collections by the collection agency name ( Way Point *********** ) I called them and they said that I owe US Cellular for $219; I advised them that I never received any service from them I tried to install the Internet but it didn't worked, and the next day I turned in the modem. They sent the account to be disputed and it came back that I still owe them. So I went to US Cellular and they were so rude. And they told me to call the collection agency I tried to explain to them that they won't help me. It got very bad so I walked away. And that's why I'm filing this complaint with the BBB. Please help me solve this matter because it's damaging my credit score. I also paid $50 dollars to have the service on. I need this billing adjusted correct it. And taking off my credit report. Thank you
