SCA COLLECTIONS submitted an unfavorable Collections claim to my credit report, which has significantly lowered my credit score, and has negatively affected my life. I have not received proof from this business that I am the owner of the supposed debt, or what service provided the debt was in reference to. Additionally, I have always had medical insurance/coverage, so I believe this is a fraudulent claim.

I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to 3 credit bureaus and SCA COLLECTIONS, **** to have this account removed from my file and they always say the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an FTC complaint because I believed this is an outcome of identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have SCA COLLECTIONS, **** that I have no account with them and 3 credit bureaus can simply remove it from my credit.

I received a notice that I have a collection from SCA COLLECT on my credit report. It says it was opened on 9/18/2020 for $537 with account number starting in 799**** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

This has been going on for a long time now that I have seen my information. That's messing my Character & name up as a person.They are in violation & told me 30 days when I had fraud. A identity theft with police report I had attached as well, they are in major violation.

This consumer continues to file these disputes, but has never contacted us directly as requested. We do not own the accounts that they are disputing. They are owned by the original creditor. We will gladly put them in contact with the original creditor who may be able to assist if they will contact us directly. We cannot post that information here.

SCA COLLECTIONS **** 79620XX I am in receipt of your companys letter informing me youre handling the collection of the account mentioned above. However, after reviewing my records, I am unable to find any documentation of any contractual relationship between (SCA COLLECTIONS *** } and me which makes you a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. This letter is NOT a request for verification or validation.This is a request for proof of contract to substantiate your claim. Provide me with a certified copy of an original contract, with my signature specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me . Certifications can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question.Failure to respond and provide strict proof of contract will constitute your tactic agreement that you, SCA COLLECTIONS *** are NOT entitled to enforce a claim against me. In the event you continue your collection efforts against me without providing proof of contract, I will file a complaint with the Attorney General and ************************* and file a police report against you for harassment and invasion of privacy.I DO NOT have any contractual obligation to pay YOU at this point as you have failed to provide ANY proof of that. A copy of an alleged bill is simply not enough satisfactory proof that I, personally, incurred this alleged debt. REQUEST ANY DEROGATORY INFORMATION REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS BE REMOVED if I find this entry on my credit report later interferes with my ability to obtain credit with favorable terms, I will bring suit against your company and the original creditor for all applicable damages, as well as for statutory penalties provided under the ***** and FCRA

I have a medical collection for $131.00 on my credit form this company, from 2021 which I was 17 years old at the time. As a minor, I should have not been held responsible for any medical bills as I legally could not enter any contract for payment. I was almost denied medical care from the radiologist that this collection was for because of this outstanding bill. The medical office informed me they understand this collection is an error (since I was a child at the time) and they told me they would dispute it for me. However, it is still on my credit and was updated as still outstanding this month on my report. I attempted to dispute this through credit karma and it came back as an error, that could not be disputed. This is ridiculous. I need someone to contact me and remove this from my credit history, because I refuse to pay a bill from when I was a child and should have NEVER been held liable in the first place! I can provide my driver license with my birth date, and medical bills from when this originally occurred. I WAS 17!
