            I ordered N95 masks last year for my daughter who works in a busy urban hospital ER and had no PPP during Covid-19. I declined further marketing when I placed the order. Instead of respecting those wishes, Practicon started sending me large paper catalogs at least once per month, sometimes more often. I have called several times to request that they stop sending the paper catalogs, as it is wasteful of resources and exposes me to identity theft. They were extremely rude and have refused to remove me from their mailing list unless I go through a convoluted process of cutting out the back of the catalog and mailing it back to them, or taking a picture of the catalog, sending the picture to my email, and emailing the picture to them. I offered to provide the information from the back of the catalog to them but they refused. I do not see any reason for me to go through a time-consuming process to get them to take me off of their mailing list.
