****** ***** is the business manager/owner as to my knowledge. A family member recommended ****** to finance a car. We went on a Saturday when his office was closed. We gave him 2000 in cash at his office. He got me to call my insurance company and add the ***** to the policy. He spoke to our agent at *****************. So he handed me the keys. I drove off from his business with a tag on the car. We are thinking it's ****** s tag. No it wasn't. It was the previous owner s tag. I got a ticket and called ****** to clear it up so when court came up I would be okay. Side note my daughter ****** also traded a Malibu into **********************. Well we got a ticket from ********** ** for ******. She had not been to **********. The person he sold her car he left the plate on. Ok back to me. So he also tried to open another acct at his place in my name. Like I had two open acts. I only had one acct for the ***** I purchased. So the *** charged me a late fee and a fine now this is after one year of us asking ****** about the tickets and the accts and every car he has sold to my daughter were bad cars. Moter issues and array of issues. The Mazdas brake system had ABS on which coste 438$ out of my pocket to have it fixed where the car could be inspected. The list.just goes on and on. I would greatly appreciate any help in fixing my matter with ******. Who now has threatened to take my daughter's car and say she is delinquent. He is not operating this business right. And Its my opinion he his financially gaining from adding accounts that do not really exist.Business Response

We have helped her with three used cars that have broke down each time with no fault on our own. Two of these vehicles were total loss claims where there was a deficiency balance after the insurance paid what they were going to pay. She is still responsible for any deficiency balance by the legal binding contract she signed. It just doesn't go away. I have helped her with putting very little down payment on each car that she tore up including paying for repairs that my company is not responsible for being sold as is, and still i helped fix her car without being reimbursed or asking to be reimbursed.Initial Complaint

I have been having problems since I first financed my car through them in August of 2023. Actually prior to that, I used them to finance a ****** Sentra. They took so long giving the dealer the check that the dealer nulled the whole contract and took my car back after I had already but 1500 into the car. I then financed a 2011 Rav4 through them and because they didn't fully complete the title it took over four months for me to get tags on my car. This time he (the owner) repossessed my car and then told me he'd take a payment plan to get me back in my car. I gave him $600 upfront and he has been giving me the run around for a week and a half when all he has to do is send a confirmation to the lot that I can pick my car up.Business Response

I bought a car from the company in 2015 I had my dad accompany me since I did not know about cars. I sign my contract and during that I was provided the option to have gap insurance and I was informed that my payment would be $350 instead of the original $300. I signed the contract for $350. During my contract my car had gotten flooded during a hurricane where I lived in ********** **. My insurance had notified me that they would mark the car totaled a check would be issued to the finance company. during this time the company harassed me about making payments which i continued to inform them a check would be issued, due to the harassment I contacted my insurance company to inquire about the car an i was informed a check was already sent an that the company had cashed the check at **** of America and the time and date an also provided me the copy of the check. upon receiving the information I contacted the company an then i could no longer reach ****** after I informed him about the check. I never received notification or another response on the car. In 2017 I was incarcerated for a year was released in 2018. I went to purchase another vehicle an I was informed the car loan was still on my credit and I learned Mr. ****** dismissed the gap insurance applied the check to the account as if I made payments as if I made them monthly to keep the vehicle on my insurance. the car dealer contacted ****** due to them being acquaintance an ask him if he was willing to work with me an Mr. ****** replied yes, I denied the help due to the circumstances. If I owed $13000 to Eastern Finacial that according to ****** since 2015, why would he be willing to lease me another vehicle I have tried to dispute the matter due to the negative impact on my credit and prevent me from getting a new car and the company falsely provides that the account is correct when I have not made a payment since 2015. I have asked for a copy of my contract an i was i formed Mr ****** did not have it anBusiness Response

It is 2023 and now ****************** is issuing a complaint. The reality is she could not afford the the payment with ************* which is why its not included in her contract. My company lost money on this vehicle because of the accident which we wish would not have happened to either party. We would be more than happy to settle for what she still owes. She has been sent the contract many times and we will be glad to forward them again.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to see the record of the attempts to send me a contract or any papers about this vehicle. Also, i would like the original copy of the contract. I would like to know why he added payments falsely i did not make to keep this revolving on my credit an i have attempted multiple disputes an all he has done is state my account is correct not once has he provided me a copy of my contract an if i could not afford the payment of the gap insurance why was i paying a $350 car note. This is not the first time this company has gotten a dispute from me
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: You have stated that you have tried to contact me my address has never changed so how are you asking for my information if i has never changed my address? I also spoke with my parents on the mail an asked if anything about this vehicle had been mailed to me during my period of incarceration an there was nothing an i would like to see the check that was sent to you that you cashed at one time that should have been applied to the account in one lump sum vs you trying to make it appear that i made monthly payments that i was not here for due to my incarceration but you applied it as payments so it could appear on my credit report longer then it was supposed to appear
