      I purchased an electric recliner from Furniture Fair Greenville location on 8/19/22 and had it delivered next day. Upon delivery and set up they found out the wall plug was missing. I agreed to pick it up later at the store. Towards the end of October the chair stopped reclining. Nov 8th I was finally able to get in touch with the service **** who said they would send someone out to take pictures. Few weeks went by and they finally got out to take pics and took the chair back to warehouse in ************. I was assured I would be updated on progress which never happened. In December I finally called and talked to ************** and he assured me he would take care of it. Not long after they called to tell me the repair was complete and to deliver. It was delivered just before Christmas I think. Well to my surprise we made them wait while we plugged it in to verify it worked and guess what....NOTHING. They were going to leave it but I refused and made them take it back. How do you replace a motor and not plug it in to make sure it works before to deliver it. I have gotten no updates except we are waiting since then. On Jan 6th I called and talked to ***** again and he said he would make sure they call me with more info. I informed him I was not confident they would call so I told him they had 2 weeks to call me or I wanted a refund or new chair. No surprise I let 16 days pass by and I called back to which I was informed that ***** no longer was at that location so told the manager on duty Sunday Jan 22 what had gone on and he said I would have to go through the service ****. Well no one answers the phone there or returns a phone call. I have call logs for every call made and received from both the Greenville and ************ locations. Both locations were informed of this complaint before my submission. They didn't care.
