    Dropped puppy off and showed a pic of what I wanted and held up his fur to reiterate how much to cut off. The lady agreed and took a pic . Upon picking him Up all of his hair is gone , literally. The owner came out explaining the type of blade used but never apologetic after I told her I was not pleased . They made me pay for his service before they allowed me to see him . I did so and did not receive a receipt. All of the workers came to the front, laughed at me and told me no matter how they explained what happened I wasn’t gonna be satisfied. The door was closed in my face as they continues to laugh at me . Again , I paid the $55 cash requested but I was not given a receipt! My puppy looks horrible !!
