    The realty office collected $850 in rent for *** around 4/29/23. They collected $850 in rent for Jun. around 5/27/23. We didn't live at ************************************************ 6 ***********, ** during that time, however, which is the unit in question. We asked for them to recover that money, but they said they couldn't do it. We need help to recover what we lost out of this situation. The total collected so far is $1700. They said per our lease, we're supposed to pay rent until the lease expires on 7/31/23, whether we're living there or not during that whole time. We signed a year's lease last July of 2022. They haven't even recovered our security deposit yet in the amount of $850. We keep asking for the money back from them, and they finally told ** yesterday that we can either pay or not pay for July. We're not going to pay $850 for July, we decided. This shows that they're wrong for collecting on us, regardless, from the moment we moved out early. We're seeking a billing adjustment from them as soon as possible, which should reflect a $1700 refund from them plus our $850 security deposit back. The grand total should be $2550. They did tell ** that the homeowner told them to set it up this way when we moved early. The office is ENC Pirate Realty in **********, **.Thanks again!

    This is a dysfunctional business. ***** can't seem to get it together. Every year when I try to activate my pool card they mess it up and blame it on me. They say they will call back and don't. They owe me a big refund. VERY UNHAPPY.
