    I purchased a vehicle from Discount Auto **** In *************, with this purchase it came with a warranty of 3000 miles or 3months. The problem is, I am now having issues that is covered under the warranty, and they are not upholding their end of the deal. Not returning calls, not answering or giving me time in the schedule to fix the issue. I am coming up on the 3000 miles and I live 150 miles away from the dealership and it seems that they want me to come up past the 3000 miles so they can wash their hands with me before holding up their end of the deal.

    February 17th we bought a 2013 GMC Acadia from Discount Auto, the day after purchasing it, we noticed a shutter in the vehicle, now mind you we had a 30 day warranty or a 3000 mile warranty discount auto was told about this issue and decided not to file the warranty claim until after we had already driven over 3000 miles, and then told us there was nothing they were going to do about it. We put $3000 down on the car, financed seven for a total of nine grand, all we wanted was to be able to trade in the car for something stable and something that wasnt falling apart. We wind up bringing the car to a mechanic and ************, **************, Marine Chevrolet Cadillac, and they told us it was going to cost us eight grand to be able to fix what was wrong with it, which was the torque converter which had caused a transmission to go bad. Discount auto will not speak to us about it will not talk to us will not answer the phone and now we are stuck with a car that we cannot use that we have to make payments on through a financing company call professional finance services .

    I purchased a car from Discount auto 4 months ago. I put $2,000 down and financed the rest through my bank. My check engine light was on when I about to pull off with the truck. It wasnt on during the test drive tho. I immediately contacted the salesmen and he told me to bring it back on Monday bc it was the weekend. I did and it was there for days. I got it back same thing so I took it back. Well that was 4 months ago and it still there. They say they still fixing it. I have been making car payments and insurance payments with no car. They did give me a rental car but my truck is still not fixed and the lady on the office give me attitude every time I ask about my car. This is beyond crazy. I will advise nobody to buy a car from them. I have lost money and everything behind them. I need help resolving this because this is not rite

    Hey I got this car on June 14,22 I been having problems with the car since I got it been having to drop the car off since I got it they said they was not fixing nothing else on my car and I have a 30 days warranty. I asked them if they not going to fix it can I get my money back and they told me they not giving me nothing. Even it the point where I been calling them telling them I have a noise coming from my car and they got in the car and heard it and still said they not fixing it I just want something done or my money back my 30 days runs out the 14 of this month

    I purchased this truck the end of February next day I had to take it back brought it back home and still gave me problems I ask for my money back it hasn’t been two weeks he refused to give me my money back I put 4000 down on the truck I took it back again they kept it for month and it still wasn’t fix and he still refuses to give me the money back I have to still make payments and the check engine light still on since I got the truck it a Cadillac Escalade 08
