Used to be good. Not sure what has happened in the last year or so but the service is no longer reliable. Took my vehicle for repair and after bringing it back for the same service four times I finally figured out that I was taken for a ride. A ride that cost over $1,000. An expensive ****** learned. Vehicle conked out on the hwy and had to be towed the last time costing an additional $160.

BE WARNED. My car was overheating & I took it for a coolant pressure diagnosis. I go to pick up my car after calling ahead & speaking to an associate named star about the cost, she said she was giving me a discount & the cost after tax would be $1370. I went to the location with that amount in cash exactly. I get to Meineke a man named ************** informs me that my total to pay is completely different than what I discussed with Star. He says that he would honor the discount for the $1370 cost. At that point I proceed to count out the $1370 cash that I had on ********* it to him. The associate then suddenly says I have to get my store manager to approve this & goes to the back to get his manager. He takes my money, the $1370 that I had counted out in front of him & handed him, with him to the back as well. He then come out with his manager a few minutes later & counts out the money & says I only gave him $870. $500 of my money is missing... I gave him $1370 & in the span of a few minutes $500 is stolen. Im freaking out & telling the manager this is wrong & that money was stolen. I know what I had & had counted it out in front of the associate ************** Before handing it to him, it is on camera me counting and handing him the money. My sister is also in the car in front of the store, she saw me count the money in the car with ************** I had $1370 that I went into Meineke with. The associate is silent this whole time. Im so upset that this is happening & that a worker at a place of business would steal my money when ** trying to pay to get my car. After being there 2 hours the manager refused to do anything & just said I could pay the remaining $500 if I wanted my car. They are still withholding my car as I wait for the corporate office & the shop owner to get back to me. I plan on filing criminal charges if nothing is done. I just want this to be over with & I want repercussions for the person who stole the $500 from me. Trust me, do not take your car here!!
