    Extremely unethical and ineffective rental agency. While renting from them, they were slow to provide services with as pest control, but the absolute most unethical and deceptive practice partake in is that they will charge you after move out while having limited/no communication beforehand. We tried for days and weeks to get in contact with the T&C before moving out and their office was closed, and no phones were being answered. Finally after getting in touch with someone, we had a move out inspection scheduled. The manager that was supposed to do our move out inspection completely DID NOT SHOW UP to our scheduled time.My husband and I were left waiting outside indefinitely. After calling, a realtor (?) came out, performed an "inspection" without communicating anything with us. She barely spoke or looked at us even though we expressed our concerns that we wanted communication BEFORE ANY CHARGES WERE TO BE MADE. We were extremely uncomfortable with her lack of communication, the manager not showing etc because we wanted the opportunity to discuss any damages before we left. She was very tight lipped about everything. Well like clockwork, we ended up getting CHARGED for $500 after we left in the mail. Extremely manipulative! The entire experience was extremely unethical and dishonest. I do not recommend doing business with this company and also this company should be looked at further for unethical business practices!
