      Product was good, and originally invoiced at ****** in March 2022,Order #****** On April 25 I saw that I had been charged $2814.32 by *** Manufacturing LLC, which has the same proprietor, ***************************. I called Cabinet door world, and they have now blocked me in chat, and are no longer taking my phone calls.In addition, I had to pay postage due on my order which was free shipping.The *** Charge is pending, and I have cancelled the card it was on. I want the postage overage refunded.

      On June 2, 2021 I ordered two doors for a total of $197.93. After almost eight months, Ive yet to receive the doors and nobody will respond to my inquiries. They are great at promoting themselves and blasting you with sales emails, but they are clueless when it comes to customer service and fulfilling orders.

      I am rejecting this response because: it wasn't a response. It was a question about order numbers. The order is ***** which I finally received on 2/3/22. However, the color was wrong and the doors were not dry before being packed. As such the styrofoam protection stuck the face of one of the doors, dried during shipping, and left marks all over the finish of the door. I now have to send the doors back to be refinished.

      Order ***** was placed July 23, 2021 and delivered today October 28, 2021. It is clear coated is polyurethane. I ordered Golden Pecan 245. You can see from the bore holes that the exterior wood is the same color as the interior wood of the bore hole indicating you did not apply Golden Pecan 245 stain to the wood. Please issue me a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

      I am not seeing where it looks like it is stained the incorrect color.

      Complaint: ******** I am rejecting this response because: there is no stain on this wood as the order specified. There is a clear coat only. Order indicated door stained in Minwax 245 Golden Pecan. Attached is Minwax's color guide demonstrating that no stain was applied to this wood.
      We have been misled & provided false information by employees of the company.
      https://www.cabinetdoorworld.com/lead-time/ "Normal *********** Cabinet Doors: ***** business days." This is 4-6 calendar weeks/28-42 calendar days. Website stated this at date of order & it states this today. I ordered 7/23/21 & the product shipped 10/25/21, which is 95 days/13.5 weeks.
      We contacted your company on dates below seeking information, since your company charged our credit card for the full amount of the order ($363.91) on the date of purchase. Each call, we received one of the following responses: 1) in finishing & will ship within the next few days 2) shipping the next day 3) a shipping label has been generated & will ship soon 4) the finishing department is delayed.
      9/30, chat & call 9:02a. Order was in finishing & shipping next week.
      10/5, call 10:00a Order being packed for shipping.
      10/6, call 11:33a Order in finishing & shipping soon.
      10/12, call 9:06a Order in finishing & shipping next day.
      10/18, call 3:29p Order was shipping & they will contact us w/ details.
      10/21, call 2:59p Provided tracking number & assured us the product would ship the next day.
      10/25, call 4:27p Told us the product would be shipping soon.

      3) Disputing the transaction with my credit card company

      4) Contacting the consumer investigative teams of *********, ************** television news stations WBTV, WSOC, WCCB and providing documentation of this experience with your company; providing the reports filed with **************** ********** of ******** and the ************************* and pointing them to all of the disputed cases on the Better Business Bureau and negative reviews on Yelp and other websites against Cabinet Door World.

      We ordered cabinet door fronts and we called and asked if they would bore the holes in the cabinet's, was told to wait on the phone and they checked and said we could have that done because they were not finished. So we paid $275 for the additional service and almost immediately showed up on our account as being completed and within 30 minutes it posted as complete yet no response from them when our doors would be done. When our cabinet doors got here they were not routered out. So I call & send pictures went through so many lies from different staff. We have asked for over a week we want them to reimburse us for the work that was not completed. So many excuses and to top it off the corners of the cabinets chip off. We fixed their mess! Please we just want our money back. ************

If the order was not bored for the hinges then we could bring them back-bore them and then resend it. Or we can send a bore kit to correct this issues. I do apologize for this. We called the business as soon as we received it. We took multiple pictures at their request and they never got back to us much less acknowledged their mistake.. We waited and called and they never called us much less emailed us. We have already painted the cabinets and went to the store and bought the hardware to put our doors back up. We spent over $300.00 for the hardware and had to purchase something that was usable with the doors. We did not get the look we wanted because they were not bored. When I got your message that they had not heard back from them, we then turned it over to our bank for refund. This message from them to send them back was due to me telling them they missed the deadline to respond to BBB, and so therefore we proceeded with our only recourse we had was to dispute the bill. We have already installed our cabinets and we will not take them down now, because we have put so much money and work into them. Never did they offer anything until Tuesday when I told them that the doors were also warped and the wood was cracked. And told them they stole our money. I have numerous emails and pictures and never had any response after we did all they asked for and now they are back paddling. We called them the day we received them, and did what they asked and then they never responded. ******************* Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2021/09/14) */ Please see attached.
