      I ordered from crazy compression on January 17th, through the Afterpay app. I have sent several emails about my order shipping. I recently asked for my order to be cancelled. They wont respond to my emails. I still havent received a tracking number or shipping confirmation. I just want my money back. I also filed a dispute through REMOVEDwith no resolution.

      order was delayed due to a knitting department. I checked all customer service correspondence, and I did not receive any messages from the customer. The order was delivered on 2/10 to the shipping address on file.

      Placed an order on 1/11/26, received an email on 1/16/26 that a shipping label was created, then nothing, package was never received by post office. Have attempted several times to reach company via email, phone, and chat with no response. Would like ny product or my money refunded.

      The order was shipped and was outside of our 5-8 business day range due to an issue in our knitting department. I have checked my mail inbox and have also checked with the customer service team, and I do not have any communication with the customer. As you can see in the screenshots the customer did receive their order on 2/9/26.

      Ordered Support socks on November 23, 2025. Tracking information shows that a label has been created but the item has not left the seller Today is December 7, 2025. I began contacting the business via email and have not received any responses.

      The order was placed on 11/23 and received 12/12. We let our customers know that we are a print to order company. This order was placed during the holiday season which comes with a 6-8 business day turnaround time. During the processing time for this order our factory was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday which puts there expected shipping date at 12/5. We did reach out to customers about the delay in shipping due to the holiday and some issues with REMOVEDnot picking up orders from our distribution center. I can provide a number for the REMOVEDemployee who helped during this time with getting our packages picked up on a daily (business day) basis. The order was shipped from our distribution center on 12/10. Which is outside of the normal processing and shipping window. An email was sent to the customer on 12/5 confirming the shipment of their order. We have received no emails about this order needing/wanting to be cancelled. I have checked both email platforms. The first contact about this order was about the customer opening a chargeback on 12/15, after the product was received.

      I ordered socks from the Crazy Compression Shop page. They sat in an "order placed" status for 8 business days (From April 14 - April 24). I thought these socks would not arrive in time for my flight, so I ordered socks from somewhere else and reached out to cancel this order since it had never shipped. A woman named REMOVEDreplied and said "Let me check, these might have shipped yesterday and if they haven't I will refund you your money." Then she created a shipping label TODAY instead of refunding me my money. When I track the tracking number on REMOVEDit says "label created, awaiting shipment". If these socks ship, I will now have to pay to return them to the company to try to get my money back. I don't know why they are trying to pretend like they've mailed these instead of simply canceling my order like I've requested. I can see that the post office does not have the package, they are not in transit. I have screenshots of the REMOVEDstatus and the time stamps on the emails I can provide.

      I ordered on Jan 9th, 2025. I received shipment notification Jan 15th, 2025. It has since said pre transit every day. I tried contacting the company but the email for customer support isnt real.

      I ordered compression socks in August 2024 and they deducted the full amount immediately but took one month to send. I no longer wanted them so followed the return process immediately upon receipt, using REMOVEDand I still have not received my refund nor any communication. I would like my refund already.
