      Ordered furniture 9/21. Leather couch two chairs and ottoman. Expected delivery 2//22. First delivery was on 6/22. Refused delivery because all four pieces had damage to leather. Multiple discussions and pictures sent to Good’s and delivery company. Second delivery attempt was in 8/22. All four pieces had more damage than they had on first delivery. Good’s blames delivery company and delivery company said this is how they received the furniture. After many emails, photos and phone conversations, we received our furniture with no damage at middle of January 2023. Although we are happy with our furniture now, this was a very stressful experience and I would not order from Good’s in the future.

      SHADY BUSINESS / BAIT AND SWITCH- PLEASE READ: Found a table in store, marked for $2782 (I even took a picture of her business card on the table next to the price tag of $2782). I spoke with the associate, got her contact (*******) and told her Id measure and call her back to buy it. Upon calling back, I was told I can only purchase the table with the chairs for approx $7400 as a set. HOWEVER, they could offer me a brand new one for $3200 and it would take 5 weeks to come in. I needed to discuss the situation with my husband. So I called back 2 days later READY TO BUY IT. Spoke directly to ******* and she claims she never would have told me $3200, because the lowest she can do is $3900. She was short and rude about it. She said i can clearly see your not going to buy the table.No Maam ******, IM NOT! Definitely not after this whole run around. Also THEY WILL NOT SEND A QUOTE IN AN EMAIL. I wonder why?! Because they change the price according to the moment. FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAIT AND SWITCH!

      Poor customer service and nightmare delivery issues. There are a number of reputable furniture discounters in the ** area, go with someone else or take your chances.

      ******************** I placed a special order for an arm chair from Good's. Not in stock. Order was sent to the builder(Hickory Chair). Order was placed in April,2021. As time progressed, Good's replies with delays,COVID, man power. Was told product would be available in September,2021. Another delay was offered. Now in early 2022. Chair was finally shipped in early January,2022, one month later, chair arrived via a freight company. I accepted the chair. When I say on the chair, I noticed the seat cushion was too thin. I made a complaint to Good's. Was told to contact Hickory Chair. Weeks passed with no resolution.Communication with **************** at Good's was poor. Finally HC agreed tp send fabric, free of charge to me,in order to take to a repair shop for a thicker seat cushion and refit with the same fabric.That was on March 1,2022. Today, May 28,2022, the chair sits in the shop for repair. Now HC refuses to pay the estimate **** of $416.00,instead, they are only willing to pay $335.00. Good;s refuses to pay the remaining balance. In fact, I have to pay the entire **** myself and hope I will be reimbursed. The customer service from Good's and Hickory Chair has been poor. I paid over $1300+ for this chair and both companies refuse to go above and beyond to resolution.
