The business agreed to a We Owe to fix the front bumper (damaged), rims (damaged), rear bumper (damaged) in order for us to proceed with a purchase. My father witnessed the We Owe and now they say there never was one and will not fix what was agreed to. I have proof of the agreement by text from the salesperson to future appointments to fix the agreed problems. I want out of the transaction due to a sell on false pretenses and promises. This is unethical, dishonest and shady. I want others in the area to know of the dishonest business practices of this delaership.Business response

Customer currently has their purchased vehicle in our shop and ********************* and ************************ have made an agreement to make repairs that customer is wanting done. Once completed to Mr *********** satisfaction will let you know more.

I bought a used car 2012 Audi with ****** miles from Hickory Used Cars on 10/09/2021 I traded in my 2008 *** and paid ****** down . 2 days after buying the car the oil pressure light came on, check engine light came on. I stopped and to check the oil in the car the car is to new to have a dip stick, I looked in the manual book it has a digital oil pressure light that indicated that the car had no oil in it so i put 1quart in it. all the lights went off car seam fine after that. I had a Dr **** approximately 55 miles away my boyfriend was driving the car when the oil light and check engine light came back on. we were going approximately 60 miles an hour with my son that's 5 years old and the car shuts off ! we finally got it pulled over and got a mechanic to check the car out. he then explained the car was licking oil i needed to take it back to the car dealership. I called and spoke to the salesman i bought the car from he said he would talk with his boss and would return my call . I tBusiness response

We have backed the deal out for the customer and refunding her deposit and will be returning her trade in to her as well. The lien holder has agreed to reverse the deal as well.
