We are very pleased with the job that Quality Fence Builders did in replacing our 34-year backyard locust rail fence with new black vinyl-coated chain-link fencing.I solicited estimates from six different fence companies. ****, the owner of QFB, came out to look at the scope of the project and walk the proposed fence line. I voiced my concerns to him about the safety of many special plants that were in close proximity to the fence. He listened to me. Afterwards, **** emailed me a contract which was clearly written which accurately described the project along with his estimate. They were the low bid and I felt good about the decision to go with them. The start date was delayed a bit, due to rainy weather, but their office communicated the situation. The delay gave me a chance to flag some of my special small trees/shrubs near the fence line. I dug up and moved some plants temporarily to replant later. Hoped for the best... QFB called and arranged for marking of utilities several days prior to the start date.**** had described my plant concerns to his workers. They took great care to step around plants and protect them during the removal of the old fence and installation of the new fence. Their crew of 5-6 workers were courteous, polite, and hardworking as I observed them over the 3-day installation. We are happy with the final product and had an exceptional experience with Quality Fence Builders. I believe this new fence with be durable, functional, and it does blend well in with our wooded backyard setting. **** circled back to call me afterwards and ask how if we were pleased.
