    This company dose not delivery on time. Family member ordered in July. Delivery was suposed to be in OctoberEvery month he promises next month. Won’t even send a picture that he is working on order. Refuses my deposit back.

    We have spoken with this client. We told her that we do everything custom made to order. She understood at the time of her placing her order. We had made items for her and was ready to ship to her and she said she didn't want us to ship anything till it was all together. We now have items in our warehouse that she is now refusing to take and no longer wants. We can't provide pictures of items that are not completed. Custom Chairs, tables and upholstery, curved detail work on items is not something you can rush making do to a customer that wants to pressure manufacturing. Alot of furniture stores can.t even get sofas in til a year from now. We have been in business for 25 years and have a good reputation. We mean well by our customers and love them all. We regret this disagreement with a very kind client. We are providing a refund do to unable to receive to her timely manner. We do our best and work 7 days a week to try and fill all orders to the best of our ability. Thank you, R. Rogers Designs,,
