My grandmother purchased a mobile home for me to live in and she paid in full. However there was damage and things that needed repair to the home such as, under trailer repair, black mold removal, electricity connected with me electrical box, outlets repaired. We had agreed in signed contract that Sharon will get all repairs done necessary before my move in date on November 1st 2022. Turns out she never even contacted the electrical company to come out and install the new electrical box. She also refused to talk to me or my grandmother and for some reason only wants to talk to my mother. She has also threatened to force me out of the lot if I don't stop bothering her about the repairs that we agreed to in the contract. She has consistently ignored me. She also left me without power until the middle of November 2022 and did not get repairs completed until late December of 2022. We had to pay someone else to repair the electrical outlets and Sharon STILL has not completed the repairs we had agreed to in our contract. She has caused me and my mother who shouldn't even be involved at all undue stress and anxiety. I am scared to even walk to the mailbox, she has sat in her car outside my home multiple times. She also forced me to pay the electric bill for the month of November even though I didn't have electricity until the halfway point of November. She also refused to resolve any issues and also sold me a home without working heat or Air conditioning. She even tried to make me pay the $1000 to replace the electrical box that we had agreed to in contract writing that she would be the one responsible. We had to go to the CEO of pioneer communities just to get her to do her job. She also continuously threatens me indirectly through my mother which honestly I believe is a form of harassment. She says I am the one harassing her but all I want is for her to complet the jobs she agreed to do that we signed in contract.
