    We had a new pool liner Installed by this Carolina Pools on Oct 5th 2023 then did a wi ter shutdown and co ered the pool. On April 19th 2024, we uncovered our pool to find that the liner had came out of track on one of the sides causing water to get behind it and lift the liner at some point during the winter and caused 5 wrinkles in the bottom of the pool. We called the owner and he says he doesn't cover rain damage. Our warranty only cover the liner. Well the water should have held theiner in place by the weight but it didn't because the liner wasn't in place. He said everything was fine when they left in October and there's nothing more he can do. That's poor customer service!! Stand behind your product!! We haven't even had the first opportunity to use our new liner.
