  total sham of a company. .. salesman was very good at his job. But thats it!!dropped a ton of money on a deck for the house.....was told it would be a crew of about 5 and done in a week.......reality started on first day of build .. there were only two guys working that could not speak english. after more than 2 weeks of shotty work......they just stopped showing up.I called company around 8 times... Had a problem with the roof...they refused to come back out to fix......had more issues than i can go into here........TAKE MY WORD FOR IT....STAY AWAY FROM THIS SORRY COMPANY

  I have worked on crafting this review throughout my entire experience with Roofing Exteriors Pro and I hope that it can help others not get treated the way I was. My actual review is well over 3 pages, I had to cut it down for this.Basically to sum up: I never knew when someone was coming out. They cut my mower in half. They pulled an outlet from the wall. They were unprofessional. I asked to speak to management and was ignored until I withheld the loan. The owner finally called.The call was exceedingly unprofessional. I was at work and had told ***** and the secretary that I preferred to be reached by email. I had to tell him multiple times I could not converse at that second. I even offered to push it off for a week or two or talk to the other owner. I told him that I was spending a large amount of money and, after the poor handling of the project, I just wanted to make sure that everything was finished and communicated.This arrogant man had the actual gall to tell me that he had spent way more money on the project that I had so my feelings didnt matter and I needed to release the loan. My sympathy and patience, as one could expect, were now zero.The final walkthrough was a farce. They basically said it was my fault the little things I wanted werent done. In the end they reimbursed me the cost of my damaged mower and took the broken one and gave me $500 for my trouble and tried to make me feel guilty by saying they were writing up the entire staff. This was after saying they had never had complaints like mine before. They blamed the bad communication on the owners being out of the office for 3 days and the fact that it rained. It was excuses on top of excuses without an adequate apology and an insult of $500 as clear hush money.

  My house look fab I love ****** he very nice and considerate ?? they made my house beautiful but really if it wasn't ****** in picture I wouldn't went with them he is so nice they went above and beyond for me

  Roofing exterior pro are truly amazing people on and off the roof. We had them come out for a quote and got to talking, and not only did we receive quality work done at a price no other business could beat, but they also offered to sponsor breakfast for a week for our non-profit’s youth camp. We thank you all for giving back when you truly didn’t have to. The girls enjoyed the cereal bar, fruit parfaits, and Chick-fil-A, just to name a few meals I heard raves about. If you’re looking for a company that cares more about you and your family’s safety than a dollar amount, this is the place to go!

  We hired Roofing Exteriors Pro to replace our old deck, sliding glass door and bay window. They did a fantastic job down to the smallest detail. The job was done on time. Milas and the entire crew were awesome. I would recommend them for any size job.

  Charged me $9250.00 To roof a 14x76 trailer with an 18x12 porch! First damaged the skylight, then tried to say it was damaged to begin with! Tore off the BRAND NEW ROOF on the porch, which was MUCH better quality than they used!!! They DID NOT overlap the underlayment, did NOT use purlins, and The roof has sags and waves you can visibly see!!!! I would not use these people to build a DOG HOUSE, much less ROOF a house!!!
