            They have been broken into 5 times in the last 2 months. I found out bc my storage was broken into this week and all of my things are gone. Things that my father gave me & my kids that we’ll never get back. They said the cameras didn’t pick anything up but it’s funny that whoever stole my stuff took the time to go through every box and tote to take out what they wanted and trash anything else! They said they cut s hole in the fence but not big enough to set off the fence alarm, mmm who knows to do that! Plus if it was a hole in the fence then how did they carry out 5 TVs, through that small hole? They took everything from our clothes to feminine pads, TVs, game system, bathroom products, laptop, jewelry, keyboard, bikes, garment racks, pot, pans, dishes…I mean totes, boxes, fans, shoes…on & on! They trashed my storage! And this makes the 6 break in but they didn’t tell us…if they had then I would’ve had a chance to get my stuff out before they stole it!!! The manager won’t call the officer back so he can get the tapes or anything! This company sucks and only cares about the money. Don’t rent from them!

            Hey ******, I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. Theft is so challenging because it dispels our assumptions of control and security. While no theft can be prevented, I take a tremendous amount of time, energy, and effort to safeguard belongings, including - A fence perimeter alarm - 24/7 cameras - High security steel clamshell locks In the specific incident you've referenced, I'm hopeful that between the police and the facility data, we'll be able to identify and bring the perpetrator to justice. In addition, even when security precautions fail, the protection coverage I offer to my customers offers a no-deductible reimbursement for lost goods, which can help to alleviate some of the loss. I'm here to help any way I can and will do my very best to help with both your claim and the theft itself. My hope is that as the police investigate they may be able to recover some or all of your items, and if not, your protection plan will help with the loss. I'll be here to guide you every step of the way.
