Please be aware, this company will charge your card without any authorization and without even remotely completing the agreed upon job. I HIGHLY recommend that you avoid them AT ALL COSTS. If I could go back in time, Id have paid double to use any other contractor to complete my kitchen. It has been the biggest headache and what feels like a part time job trying to get them to fix the multitude of mistakes that they have made. For the first few months of this small job, I was very patient and understanding. I am well aware of the supply delays and staffing shortages - so I have been as patient and understanding as possible with the different contractors helping me to complete my remodel. I adequately relayed my plans for my countertops upon the first counter template with ***** and the experience seemed to go well. When we received the initial template we realized there were several errors. We asked after completing the backsplash installation that the kitchen be re-templates to ensure the counters were cut correctly. ***** came back out to do the template. Again I relayed what I was hoping to achieve, he measured and confirmed all of the details with me. I did not receive another rendering of the revised countertop template, instead they went back to their business and immediately cut the stone and scheduled to install two days later. When the installers brought the countertops in I noticed that the initial mistakes were made in the cuts. The countertops were several inches from the drawer fronts (nearly my whole hand was covered by countertop before I touch the drawer front), they did not have the windowsill piece, the countertops actually overlap INTO MY DOOR WAY, along with many other details that were not correct. I patiently conveyed the issues via email asking for them to be addressed. Instead I was met with argumentative employees that I hadnt previously communicated with. They were incredibly rude. I emailed with ***** and ***** to let them know about the issues with countertops that needed to be addressed. They did not respond to my emails and instead THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION OR APPROVAL FROM ME. This company runs an unethical and incompetent business. I hope this review spares you the headache I am currently experiencing with this company.

I am sorry you had a bad experience; we strive for our customers to have an excellent experience. The information in your post varies quite a bit from what I learned in talking to the sales team and the installer who were at your house. Its unfortunate that you have posted this in a public forum, since people typically hide behind a sense of anonymity and feel the freedom to say things that are untrue. When we came out the first time to template, the old countertops were still in place, but we agreed to template anyway. After we were there you called to say that when you removed the old countertops you realized the knee wall was out of square and the tops would need to be re-templated. Normally in that case we would need to charge for a second template trip, but we chose not to. We then fabricated the countertop according to the contract agreement made on 9/29/2021 and the adjustments that were made after templating. When we came to install the countertop, you had added bead board to the backsplash wall, which then caused the overhang to be off. We took the stone back to our fabrication shop and trimmed it. In your post you imply that we didnt correct this but, on the contrary, we took the stone back to our shop and trimmed it and reinstalled it the same day. In reference to the overhang of the countertop, since he had to re-cut because of the beadboard, our installer asked how much overhang you wanted, and he cut it to your specifications. When he returned to install the countertop, he asked before he left if you were satisfied and your reply to him was, It is good, I like it. You also mentioned to ***** after the tops had been installed that you had wanted instead of 1/8 Beveled edge. However, a 1/8 bevel was on the contract and there wasnt any mention of a change prior to installation. Although the windowsill was not in the original contract but was added after we installed the countertop, we made the accommodation to fabricate it quickly. We cut the windowsill and made an appointment to come install it. When we arrived, no one was home. It was the week of Thanksgiving, and we knew you wanted this right away, so we left it by the door. Since it can easily be installed, we thought it was more important for you to have the windowsill that day. We have fulfilled our contract and you have the countertops according to your selections which can be verified in your contract. When you accepted the quote and paid the deposit you authorized agreement of the terms according to the contract which states, payment of deposit authorizes agreement of terms. Terms of the contract are that the balance is to be paid at installation. We fulfilled our contract with you and the countertops are installed on your premises according to your specifications. In good faith we refunded her credit card and have agreed to install the windowsill and cut one edge of stone down to her new specifications.
