      Whom it regards. I drove over 4 hours to this appointment on yesterday and when I got there I was told at first the vehicle was Not there anymore by one associate. When I asked for you they told me you weren't available. When I decided to speak to a manager he told me he had the car but it needed alot of mechanical work! He also stated the car was going to be returned to *******. This company is falsely advertising a car with a photo shop picture of the car that doesn't exist and it's no for sale! This was a bad experience at this dealership. I will never conduct business with this company.       We apologize that the vehicle was not available to sell. When we acquire a car, it goes through a safety inspection and is then advertised for sale. The vehicle you inquired on was indeed available to sell, despite not having photos (Prior to full photos being taken, we display factory stock photos to try to give the customer an idea of the vehicle) however, if we notice after all of this, that there is a safety related issue with the vehicle, we do not sell them or allow customers to test drive simply for the safety of our clients. We would have obviously loved to sell you a car, however we put our reputation and safety of our clients above those transactions. We would be happy to assist you in finding something similar or showing you other options. Thank you for understanding.

      This company is a joke. They are the typical "used car dealer". Dishonest, misleading and generally speaking they have no integrity. The manager (big bald guy) should be fired. When we looked at the 2016 Passat and I questioned certain things, ie, the engine light and the fluid conditions in the car, I was sent who they told me was the experienced mechanic. This was a joke. This lady could not even identify a dipstick if it said dipstick. The fact that I am reading all these complaints on here and I see that this company still has an A+ rating makes me wonder if the BBB can be bought just like the fake 5 star reviews that I have read about this company. They sold my 18 year old daughter an overpriced car with problems that I brought up and was lied to about what they were. My gut told me to walk away but my daughter wanted this car so I submitted just to find out the car ***** 5 qts of oil in less than 2k miles. She had this car for less than 2 weeks when the engine light, oil problems, and other issues had occurred. Now the "real mechanics" say the car will probably need an engine soon. Nice 172 point inspection Keffer. Basically they saw my daughter coming and took advantage.

      I bought a car in late 2023 the finance manager said my extended warranty was good for ****** miles. *** new finance manger said read the fine print and that it was only good for 1 year. This was not what I was told or sold. $2,500 for a year of coverage is nothing I would have signed up for. When I asked her to meet in the middle she acted as if I wanted something for nothing. Huge mistake. I bought from them because they were close to home and ***** was a great sales rep. I need to buy another car in 1.5 years for my other daughter and will not be purchasing through here.

      I am leaving zero stars for Keffer Volkswagen. It is disheartening to have been deceived so badly by this car dealership after leasing 2 cars from them in the past. They lied to us and changed the finance papers after we verbally agreed to a deal and then said well, you signed it. Its there in black and white. I hope they feel good about deceiving a 21-year-old recent graduate who was starting his career and buying his first car. I would steer clear of these unethical people.

It seems that there may have been some miscommunications, we have copies of everything that was physically signed during the transactions and you should have been provided these as well. If you need additional copies, we keep them on file and can happily provide you with these.

      Stay away!!!!!They found out I was a disabled vet due to asking for plates.they said they were buying down my rate and giving me a sr ice contract After getting homethey gave me a service contractfor $4000!!!!!!!!!Great way to treat 100% disabled vets!!!!

      We apologize for any confusion with your transaction. *************** contracts are optional, and we do show that you signed multiple papers displaying the price of the service contract as well as acknowledging that it is an elected option. These contracts are, however, cancellable and we will reach out to you to go over those options should you choose to go that route.

      Take all their used cars AWAY! This place feeds people with so many lies!! Their only goal is to make the sell. Which is sad because one of my complaints with the used car I purchased is that the breaks are going to the floor. They claimed to have fixed them but the breaks are STILL going to the floor! I have a child and I would expect to buy a safe car! Also, after purchasing my vehicle, I left it overnight to be service and someone wrecked it! No one told me about the incident, they swear they had pics of the incident car when they first got it but was not able to provide them. They forced me to purchase. A protection package that they later stated I couldnt use because the car was As is which is strange to be because the car wasnt wrecked in the beginning. No one takes accountability!! They are very deceptive! They get upset with you if you dont buy any of the additional packages and warranty packages. They duck and dodge your calls. If you go in person they sit up and talk junk about you and laugh at your current situation that they put you in. They are a bunch of unprofessional liars! Dont waste your time or money!

      Customer purchased a pre owned Chevrolet Cruze from us. The vehicle was purchased, and the next day the customer noticed it had a dent in the vehicle and one of the headlights had gone out after the vehicle was purchased. The vehicle was purchased as-is, and the customer signed a disclosure acknowledging this. Despite this, we agreed to repair the dent with her, and were only working on scheduling this after speaking with her last week. The statement about the brakes being bad are false, as the vehicle passed a NC state safety inspection at the time of purchase. The statement about the vehicle being "wrecked" is completely false, as the customer took the vehicle and did not leave the vehicle here after purchasing. We will still happily repair the dent despite the as-is transaction. We are reaching out again to reconfirm a time to handle this with the consumer.

      This place *****. Negative 5 stars It took a whole month of stress and anxiety purchasing a car from here. It was my husband's first time buying a car and the experience was terrible. **************** does not answer any calls. They let us drive off with the car without gathering all the needed documents. They kept dodging my husband multiple times IN PERSON and via the phone. This place is terrible.If anyone responds to this its a copy and paste because they are "always busy" and could barely help my husband and I.do not... use their... services.

      I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A STAR.Absolutely horrible experience purchasing our 2018 Tesla Model 3 from this dealership. Would not recommend it and will definitely never be purchasing a vehicle from them again.They lied about multiple things in order to make the sale. Promised to fix a broken headlight as soon as possible, then attempted to lie and say it was never promised (I bugged them so much that they ended up repairing it). They also lied about our warranty coverage that they added onto the vehicle purchase (the warranty provider directly told me the coverage does nothing to cover electric vehicles). They CONSTANTLY dodge phone calls. I had to physically drive to their location and demand to speak to someone in order to get my issues addressed.Absolutely shady business practice. I just wonder why it's necessary to practice business like this, when you could just do it well and probably get even more business. I hope the absolute worst for this business. They should not be operating at ALL.I will say the only person that was DECENT was ******* (finance department). He at least had some ***** to sit down and talk about the issues I was having--whereas everyone else ducked phone calls and ran away whenever I walked in. My SALES REP wouldn't even answer a text - scary.Also their service department was great. Everyone else ***** and should look into other jobs.

      First off, I wish they was a 0 star rating for this *******! I feel totally ripped off and treated with no respect. I went in to purchase a 2020 ****** Altima dealing with sales rep ***** as he called himself. Everything seemed to be goin well, although I did notice a few discrepancies from what I was told over the phone versus in person such as discounts promised. I chose to carry on. After all the work and effort put in for the purchase. The agreement was 9.5 down. An all day event , I drove off the lot with 2k down & had to sign off on paperwork for the remainder which was a check that had to be deposited. I received several calls throughout from another rep ******* claiming I needed to send in phone bills, w2 forms, exc. for whatever finance ******* they were dealing with. This was baffling to me because I thought the deal had been finalized, & documents I was being asked for just didnt make sense! I got the car ********* ******* closed Sunday and returned the car on Monday. I refused any more harassment and requests at this point. I was told it was breach of contract and also for the mileage I used(which was absurd being that it had only been two days) & for this reason I wouldnt get my 2k back! I feel ripped off! And I been receiving letters in the mail since from finance companies saying I wasnt even accepted! Several different companies & several hard inquiries to my credit score! Which brings me to if I wasnt accepted, why was my money taken in the first place. Please stay away! Im out this much money all for what?! Totally disgusted!

      Customer purchased a vehicle as stated above. As a dealer, we act as an agent for many lenders to assist our customers in purchasing a new vehicle and making the process easier for them. Often times, they require the applicant to produce proof of income, residence, etc. This is the reason for the necessary documents, the lender required all of them in order to fully execute the loan that she had agreed to. Because after the vehicle was taken the customer was unwilling to provide any of the required items, we could not execute the loan and therefore she forfeited the car.
