    This business is bad news based on my experience with them and I would not recommend anyone use them. They were servicing my pool earlier this year and were doing an ok job. Then in May of last year they just stopped coming and did not give us any notice they were discontinuing service. When they didn't show up for a few weeks I attempted to contact them and left voice messages for them and sent them emails asking what was going on. They did not respond. Additionally, they had possession of my Polaris pool vacuum which they were supposed to repair, never did and never returned it. As a result of their actions, I had to find another pool service company and by the time I did, algae was growing in the walls and floor of my pool and it turned the water a dark green. The new pool service company tried to kill the algae, but it was embedded in the walls and surfaces of the pool. Ultimately, we had to drain the pool, have it pressured washed and cleaned, refill the pool, and buy a new Polaris. We were not able to swim in the pool until early August and thus lost use of the pool for the months of May, June, and July. All of this could have been avoided if Aqua Doc Pools had simply done the minimum required of any business which is to provide notice to us of their intent to discontinue servicing pools in Union County. A simple notice in the mailbox would have sufficed. As a result of their negligence and lack of business ethics, we not only lost use of the pool, lost equipment, and had to spend a couple thousand dollars to get our pool back to normal. To top it off, they have continued to send an invoice for three weekly services they provided in April 2022. To make things simple, I suggested I would hold them harmless for the damage they caused me and for not returning our equipment if they voided the invoice. They have continued to send the invoice which I consider harassment. In my experience, this company is totally unprofessional and to be avoided.
