    The trash company failed to pick up our trash because the driver failed to see that the cans were on the other side of the driveway. They were properly placed at the curb, but just on the other side than we normally put them. We called the company and asked if they can come pick up the trash and they said no and they would prorate a refund. The *** said they cannot pick up the trash and wed have to wait another week and was very dissolve and rude and said he could only refund us and refused to come pick our trash up this week. We want them to come back and pick up the trash tomorrow 4/9/25

    As previously explained, the drive cam clearly shows the equipment not being "out" where they are typically placed, as you mention, however in the early morning when it's dark the "new" placement is visually blocked from view.  (The attached picture is great, but the misrepresents circumstances our service provider experiences when he is there.) We expressed empathy as we attempted to understand the situation, listened to how you felt and offered a credit for the service, which you refused.

    We appreciate the time you took to make this complaint. It is unfortunate that you neglected to leave out the fact that you live on a dead-end gravel road and it was your husband who was disrespectful to our representative with his fowl language and aggressive manner. (All our calls are recorded, for just these situations.)

    Our attempt to resolve this matter appears to be unsatisfactory to you. That is unfortunate. Our service provider was there as contracted to service you and you changed the circumstances. Your provider as been notified of change if there is to be future service.
