I brought my car to precision motorsports on may 12th for a check engine light problem. The code was for the mass airflow sensor (P0101) explain what was wrong with the car and that I just needed the engine light off as the car was being sold and the buyer wanted it fixed. They said they could tune the check engine light out but I had to buy a Cobb tuner platform since that’s the only software they worked with. The tuner was paid for on may 13 at the tune of $635. I kept texting multiple times a week to get progress updates on the car and was ignored most of the time. So I would show up to the business and ask about updates. There would always be an excuse of why it’s not done yet. At one point the owner said the car needed an ecu that’s why the check engine light is on. So I bought a used ecu from LKQ to have flashed to the car. Paid $140 for the used ecu. They charged me $350 to flash the ecu. I finally decided to pull the car out of their shop on October 31st. (He ensured me that the car was ready.) when I arrived the car was sitting there running, it had no coolant in it. When I got home I went over the entire car while it was still on the trailer. I found there was body damage to the right front bumper, right for door and handle and as well as the right rear door and the right front wheel. I got an estimate from a body shop at the tune of $3,200. Also I went over the work they said they performed while recording myself doing it and matching the receipt of the used ecu I bought to the ecu in the car and it was in fact never touched. It was still the original ecu. I contacted them trying to get this settled (refunded and the damages paid for) but the owner has been so unprofessional about the whole situation and will not refund. I have all documentation I need, all the pictures and text messages. I will be filing a law suit on the shop and owner. They have been doing this to people for years and need to be shut down.

I dropped my car off on 14DEC2021 to have the waterpump, thermostat, A/C compressor, and my front driver side lightbulb to be replace. I gave the business owner my warranty company information so they would be able to cover the repairs. **** informed he spoke to the warranty company after he already dismantled my car to begin repairs. Warranty company said that's fine but to let them know what he already repaired. **** never got ahold of them after that. I had to be the messenger between them in order to get an adjuster sent out. Warranty company stated none of the parts looked broken even though I was still getting a code after the water pump and thermostat were replaced. I went ahead and paid 1,466.53 on 07JAN2022 and 509 for an intercooler on 08JAN2022. Paid another $572 on 19JAN2022 for a wiring harness. Nothing was replaced besides the Thermostat. I ended up getting it towed to BMW to get the repairs done. They ended up replacing the water pump I paid **** the owner to replace along with a power steering pump that was broken. Which was not broken before I turned the car in. I would like a refund.
