            In March 2024, I applied through Indeed for WAH role for Concentrix. I jumped all the hoops and moved through the hiring process... Until my internet test. It failed , they said... which was strange because my last WAH position had no problem with my internet provider , specifically. The tech Guy said all I need to do was get **** fiber optic home internet and I was good to go... I ordered **** fiber optic internet and after 3 attempts and running all new lines .. we were good to go. $400+ a month now and they decided because it took 3 days to install my internet that I was not able to start the training and was put on hold for the next training... which now the recruiter no longer has the email address. Now I am paying $400+ a month because I was under the impression it was a necessity and was given a huge discount by **** for being a future employee of Concentrix... that disappeared after 7 days and I got slapped with a huge bill.

            I worked for Concentrix about 7 months , I enrolled in health benefits, and was advised the premium would be about $230 per pay period .This conversation was held on 05/28/2024. Upon expecting my payroll on 6/14/2025. My paycheck gross pay was about $1536 and Concentrix took my whole paycheck net pay 0.00. Then they told me it would take 30 days to investigate getting my money back.Today I received a call saying my money would not be returned.My whole check without informing me off all Information. Then they took $400 out today after I requested a cancellation because of their dishonesty and not informing me all the information.Is this legal?
