      Gave dealer $500 to reserve a 2020 Rogue, stock #****P, until I could get from ** to ** to test drive it. He said I would get a refund if I eventually did not take the car. "We are not a corporate store, and we don't just take your money and keep it no matter what. I told him I would be there on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023 in thr afternoon. He said he was in ****** right then, but he would be back in time to see me that Tuesday. He also said he noticed that the car I wanted was no longer listed on the website, but might be because I had a hold on it. When I arrived on the 17th the dealership acted surprised to see me and said the salesman was not expected back from ***** until the next day, and no one had been asked to meet me in his stead. I asked where the csr was. A d a rude manager said it was in the back lot. Even though it was no lpnger on the wrbsite. Instead, another 2020 white rogue "had just arrived" the day before my visit. I had paid for several history chrcks on the original 2020 rogue. So I wanted thst one. I asked for my 500 hold fee back and was told I coukd not hsve it because they had held the car for me when they could gave sold it. My history research showed they had the car on lot for a few months so my interest was not one of many, AND THEN IT DISAPPEARED FROM their inventory list and has not reappeared since. The 2020 white rogue now on their list is a differrnt car with different mileage and price. They wanted to do a switch, not to mention. I was not contacted and advused my salesnan would not be able to meet me and arrangements made for someone else to see me. Having come from ************, this was a great inconvenience. I want a refund.

      Most amazing experience EVER at any place I have ever been. Not just car dealerships, I mean anywhere. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. Sebastian our salesperson did a full tour of the Rogue before we went on the test drive and explained everything to me. It was the most thorough explanation before or after any of my other car purchases. I truly cannot say enough about Sebastian. He is AWESOME!! I have told everyone how happy I am with him and the entire place. Friendly, professional, helpful, etc. etc. etc. Rick was awesome. Heaven, Katie, Jenny May, and several others were amazing. Best Car purchase of my entire life.
