    I rented with *** for two years while i was stationed in ************ and they were the best renting experience I've have in my ten years of renting. All of their staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Any service request we had were completed within 24 hours. Our water heater started leaking on a Monday and by Tuesday morning the entire unit was replaced. It was truly a great renting experience and i would recommend *** to all of my friends and family.

    I was moving from ** to **. ******, at CRI Properties probably spent the good part of an hour on the phone with me talking with me and getting to know me and what I was looking for in a rental. Talk about hospitality! We don't have that up in **. ****** and her husband own the company. Their daughter, ******, is a realtor and also has her own construction crew. She, and her crew, are workhorses and not only updated the house I'm renting from top to bottom, but in good taste, as well! They also helped me to unload my truck and put the heavy things into place for me, moving in alone, and not knowing anyone in the area. I'm confident that if I ever need anything, they are either a phone call or a text away! Monthly payments are convenient and easy through their system. Thank you, CRI!

    Dealing with CRI properties has been a true pleasure. Due to my job, I move about every three years, and this is one of the few businesses where I have had nothing but great experiences. They were vigilant in finding me a *****************, extremely responsive when/if I have any issues, their staff has been nothing short of professional and cordial. They maintain the property with upmost concern by continued inspections (Pest, interior, etc) providing me with a sense of confidence in the home I share with my family. This is a ******************** that I wish other property managers would follow; they are not strong promises and poor follow up; they have been true to their word at every turn. Their online management system (payments, maintenance requests, etc) is easy to use, and they are very responsive. I have nothing but high praise for this family run business.

    I rented a property from CRI Properties, Inc. for almost six years. My time there was nothing but a positive experience. The staff was always available, friendly and personable. All repair issues were always promptly addressed and there was follow-up communication after any repair to ensure I was satisfied the issue was taken care of. If at any point I'm ever in need of rental property again they will be the first I reach out to!

    CRI has been amazing since day 1. We found ourselves displaced after a home buying disaster and they got us into a rental property immediately. Their customer service is exceptional and the people are amazing. Even my maintenance requests were quickly handled. Thank you so much!!!

    My husband and I had the pleasure of working with CRI Property Management and with ***** to sell our home. CRI made sure that our home was taken care of and kept us informed if our home needed any repairs per the request of the tenant and once we decided to sell our home, ***** took over and was amazing throughout the entire process. He made sure that we were well informed with all the costs due to renovating as we wanted to invest to sell and he definitely helped with prioritization when it came to repairs. He kept us up to date and he has impressive marketable skills as our home managed to get an offer after being on the market for 2 days and we were able to close after a month and a half! I would definitely recommend ***** and his team to help sell your home!
