    I had a water spigot that was leaking water into the house. I had contacted the company through their website and they were able to come out the very next day after a confirmation. They didn't provide me with a quote of what was needed, but talked directly with the tenants. The issue with the pipe was fixed. The only issue is that they do not fix the drywall that they cut into to access the pipe. The invoice that was initialed by the tenants stated that they are not responsible for drywall. My wife called, the company after the job was completed and was told that they do not repair the wall. They were nice enough to put the cut piece back up and taped it.
